I love the color of this heat press. It is easy to setup and use. It has a pull out tray. In addition to the press, it comes with tumbler, shot glass, and hat attachments. The top of the press rotates. I pressed over 100 items with no problem. The press comes with easy to read and follow instructions. I've used different heat presses in the past and this has become one of my favorites.

I have owned this heat press for a few months now and I must say it is a great value for the price. I have tried out most of the attachments and having this gives you so many crafting abilities. It's held the heat during use no matter how long I've had the press on for. If you are looking for a good heat press to get you started this one is definitely one to consider.

This thing was great while it lasted. I have had it for a year. At first it worked great. No problems. But after a couple of months using mostly on weekends and as I could find time, it stopped heating up reliably. I figured it was just getting too hot from where I had it placed (on a counter in front of a wall in my garage). So I placed a fan on the control unit and that helped some. But, for the last 6 months, it takes at least 30 minutes of constant supervision while it’s heating because it will heat a while then turn off and I have to stand there and keep pressing the reset button until it turns back on and resumes heating. If the ambient temperature is too high, it will never fully heat but in the cool of winter I can get it to 360 as long as I watch it closely, place a fan directly on the control unit, and reset it every time it shuts down. I now have to dedicate large amounts of time to creating as much inventory as possible at one time so that I don’t have to mess with the heating issues all of the time. This morning I just decided to call it quits and buy something else as I really should be able to make my merch on demand rather than having to try to anticipate orders and make it in large batches due to a glitchy machine. Customer service has never responded to my questions asking for help and the issue just seems to be getting worse so I’m done.

Its a great starter machine, it has so many interchangeable features. My only issue is that it did not come with instructions on HOW TO USE EVERYTHING also not sturdy on a counter due to swivel of the cover (drops from heavier side) without bolting it down. Just as i state the bad i will also state the positive- it came with a free shirt and hat to practice on which i thought was very nice gesture. It does come with the 3 mug press, t-shirt, 2 plate press, hat press and base. Over-all for the price YOU CANT GO WRONG with this purchase. Thumbs up for me.

Super cute. Tons of accessories and it is Pink. Gold star. I have been looking to upgrade. My old heat press was 12 inches now this larger heate press area will help me make larger products so I don't have to tape and move sublimation paper. I am enjoying 15"x15" You can make anything you want with this. I am having alot of fun with this.

I've been pretty disappointed with my heat press since I got it. The way it was packaged makes me think it was a returned item. When it works, it's great, but my major complaint is that it doesn't seem to hold the temperature. I can turn it on to pre-heat, but then when I go to put my project in and close the lid, the temperature drops between 20-40 degrees. I then have to risk burning my project as I wait for the temperature to come back to its setting and then sublimate for time. I've gone through quite a few blanks. Then tonight I was trying to press some tea towels, and I got an E1 error. I hit the reset button and managed to get another 45 minutes out of it. It then said is was at 320 degrees, but by the sheer fact that I was able to lay my hand on the clamshell told me it wasn't. The E1 error returned and I guess I'm done for the night. I'm sitting here wondering if I need to shell out money I don't have for another heat press or if I should wait to see if I hear back from the manufacturer. I'm sorry I bought this one. I'd recommend you look elsewhere. Update: Two things I discovered today: I paid full price for an item that was used. Discovered that when I called EnjoyColor for customer service help and they asked for a copy of my Amazon invoice. That information was in my invoice. Nowhere in the listing does it say it’s used or refurbished. Second - The vendor currently listed is not an authorized vendor for EnjoyColor. Buyer beware.
