I purchased 4 of these for a recording studio to support live streaming during client sessions. I am not the best with IP and networking. I could get most of it working without help. There were a couple of things I didn't know about re: hooking up an IP controller to the cameras. I sent a message to the seller via the Amazon interface. I got an immediate response, within 10 minutes. (I didn't expect that). They went through the basics and had me check the common things that would cause my difficulties. I was not able to completely resolve all the issues. So immediately they suggested a install TeamViewer so they could look first hand at my computer setup. It was the magic bullet that saved me time and frustration. They spotted my errors immediately then proceeded to TEACH me what I was doing wrong. (this was also unexpected.) It was a great experience to see their dedication to their customers. It is refreshing to see this in a day and age where most companies abandon their customers after they purchase their product. I was surprised to find out they didn't charge for this support even though the products were working normally and it was my lack of knowledge causing the issues. All 4 cameras are working great now even though the controller I had my issues with was NOT one of their products. They were under no obligation to help me with that. They had it fixed within 2 minutes but then spent another 2 hours making sure I knew how to configure everything if I ever needed to set up an IP controller in the future. This was late in the day here and I'm sure in the wee hours of the morning where they were located. All perfect English and totally understandable. I would not have complained if they told me there would be a charge for this service but it was offered as a customer service. Great company, fantastic product. If you have a need for a PTZ or SD camera this is it. Also works with HDMI and the crazy part is that the different protocols work at the same time. I am using an IP controller for the presets and positions but SDI for the video at the same time. Other combinations I believe are possible but this combo is what I am using for now. This camera is matched in every condition and function as my PTZ Optics Company rated the same as this camera. I am extremely pleased with the customer service chat response and that I was even given tech support on a Saturday. So with all that said I paid $3800 for my PTZ Optical Camera. So the price point is substantial, given that in all regards they are the same camera. The software for this camera has a few more options I find useful. We have been using robotic cameras for our church streaming for several years, but have been desiring to upgrade to higher quality and functionality that has seemed to be beyond our budget. Discovery of these POE cameras (we have bought 2 so far) has enabled this for us as we are still finding the extent to which they are able to elevate our productions with features so much better than we knew were possible. The network control through the ip addresses and the ptz capablities through an ip controller have opened up potential for much greater looking shots. This is all at a price that is a fraction of comparable cameras that we had been looking at. Size: 20X NDI Camera
The Prisual PTZ /NDI 20x camera was purchased with some skepticism as it is literally half the cost of more well-known cameras. This camera is nearly identical if not so to other cameras that cost $1699 and above. I fully expected to get what I paid for but this camera meets and exceeds my expectations and more importantly delivers an image that can be used for broadcast and recording. The camera is only 1080p, so expect that this will not be an ultra-sharp image as some of the 4K models out there. For churches, conferences, and other scenarios where lighting is bright and consistent, this camera delivers a crisp clean image. In changing light or low light scenes, it does not do too well - but I don't think the more expensive ones deliver either in low light. The lens does tend to focus hunt in low light or dramatic color variations - this will not do well for concerts, for example. If you need a 1080p fully controllable PTZ camera via the Internet or Remote controller in a consistently lit environment you will need at least two of these! Works with ATEM Mini PRO ISO and similar, including the ATEM TV STUDIO HD - have not tested with newer constellation models yet. There are two models of this camera -- the NDI is def the one you should get for future-proofing and maximum operability. The non-NDI one has limitations. There are no microphones on board, but there is a 3.5mm jack to add one if needed. In a Multicam set up this is not strictly necessary as audio can be routed from a mixer and mixed in the ATEM. ... show more

The PTZ cameras are easy to configure and use. Both over hdmi and NDI. Camera video is surprising of better colour quality then birddog. Support team was fast and reliable too.

I recently purchased a pair of the TEM-30n. Putting them side by side with a similar brand's ptz (which cost me triple what the prisual cost) I was blown away. The prisuals had better picture right out of the box and the included ndi was a huge plus (as the other brand was charging $600 just for the ndi option) I did have a snafu with the firmware, but Prisual Tech support was able to get me back up and running in no time. ... show more
