The budget problem I bought this camera for my church streaming, a really cool PTZ camera, pretty good for image quality, and very fast focus. A little concern about this camera before order, I tried it and very satisfied with that price and performance. NDI and POE just one network cable work great, NDI streaming very low latency, 100% identical function with PTZ optics, and save many budgets, I will upgrade all my church with this product. We have been using this video camera for our church for just about 8 months now. No problem and works fine till now. Easy setup and camera's pan tilt zoom been that silent and moving smoothly. And I used the open-source PTZ Optics app to control this camera plug-in OBS, what it works is RTSP and SRT, perfect! Excellent customer service and really great camera for the value. I've contacted the Prisual team at the [email protected] and got big tech support it really help me. Their response to all questions in a timely manner and was willing to log in via Teamviewer and have some professional setting made my camera works very well on OBS. This is an NDI-compatible PTZ camera that supports POE and is affordable. This camera uses a metal base to improve its lifetime and be more durable, heat dispersion would be much better than other brand plastic designs and we have been made some comparisons. I would highly recommend the Prisual NDI Camera and you will not be disappointed.

First, Ariel at Prisual has been wonderful in his support of this excellent product. Keep in mind the Asian time zone, he responds very quickly during their business hours, and his team is available for remote hands on assistance if needed. We use two of these cameras in our church services, with PoE, remote network PTZ, and high-quality video over HDMI, with switching to Zoom via OBS Studio. The lenses are sharp, and the latest firmware upgrade was easy, enabling better autofocus, auto exposure and color, as well as snappy preset initialization and smoother manual PTZ. For the price, they can’t be beat, especially for the 30x optical zoom lens, which enables fairly long distance closeups that remain sharp. We also like the versatility of connectivity - NDI, HDMI, PoE, Ethernet, following several industry communication standards - plus professional durability, and consistent performance. We’d like to buy more!

I bought this for a church setting. I wasn’t sure about the quality but when we plugged it in I was very impressed. The quality is great and lots of adjustments can be made in the software. You can control it through the camera or the built in web interface. The manual wasn’t very clear on what the AI tracking settings meant so I emailed the company. The responded with an explication and offered that there is a firmware update that made improvements to the tracking. The tracking worked well out of the box but it didn’t position the speaker like I thought looked good. But we scheduled the update and they logged in remotely and updated it and it works beautifully now. Really like the camera and support. If I had only one complaint it would be the manual. But if you have any experience with cameras you will understand and the web interface is pretty easy to use.

We bought this to use for our church's livestream. We've been using an older Mevo camera, which has its merits, but just gets grainy when zoomed in even though it had to be positioned in the aisle near the front of the church. With 30X zoom, we were able to mount this Prisual camera on the back wall and we are still getting very clear, high quality picture. POE over the Cat6 cable along with the NDI broadcast means that we only had to run one cable to the camera. But as good as the camera is, the customer service has been just as good. Using this for a church service, the AI Tracking function was important to us during the sermon. When I asked about working with the AI tracking, customer service logged into our computer and upgraded the firmware to the newest version that includes more options for the tracking - the new firmware is significantly better in this AI tracking area with additional options. I have written asking several questions, and they have answered back quickly every time. The camera works well with the PTZOptics iOS app, and I used the PTZOptics OBS doc on my Mac with ease (the windows version is currently showing a trojan in Microsoft Defender, so not using it yet - their customer support said they would look into it). I still have one issue to work out between OBS and camera controls, but that's largely due to a pre-existing OBS problem (need to do a fresh install of OBS due to it failing to close properly before this). But once that is fixed, I think we are going to be very pleased with the results we get from the camera. We've only had it a very short time, but customer service has been very proactive and responsive in helping me to get it set up. If something changes over time, I'll update the review.

Although, from the sight of their website, it doesn't seem like a very large company, too little information for DIY customers. However, the technical customer support (Ariel) was indeed very knowledgeable and capable of handling several of my specific needs (e.g. chip variations, firmware identification and upgrade) The product itself was pretty reliable for the last two years and I am happy about their very competitive price for our budget need. You get what you paid for and probably more for their technical support. I have no problem in integrating the camera into our church network and streaming setup, i.e. OBS, PoE.. AND, the operation has been reliable.
