I had a major printer problem with my Cannon g6020. One day it printed next day , I go to print and blank pages,no ink on page. Went on you tube saw a couple ideas to resolve. One was the ink in tubes were not flowing so bought syringe to get air out of tubes, that did not work. Next on YouTube , a guy mentioned cleaning. Got this kit and after the cleaning our printer is back up and running and printing perfectly. What a relief. The con and that’s why minus a star …the kits syringe should be bigger for flushing and those gloves are weird shape so not useable. I had an Epson 2760 with a clogged Printhead, specifically the black. The directions with this product are easy to follow. You can find out to remove the ink cartridges on YouTube. Just take your time and be careful. As instructed, I inserted 1 ml and then another 1ml about an hour later. I put the cartridges in place and ran a head cleaning. The black was perfect. The blue was now a problem. I then put about 1ml into the blue port and waited an hour. I then did a head cleaning and the print was almost perfect, another head cleaning and it was as good as new! I am a professional photographer who does in house printing using 24 inch large format printers. sometimes they need cleaning, for which I've purchased through dealers catering to professionals. This cleaner I purchased for my wife's regular Epson printer that she uses. It had severely clogged color heads. After a single use which did not need more than 20 minutes, the heads were cleaned, free flowing and printing wonderfully after purging the cleaner out. I don't know how to rate this. It flushed exactly as described/seen in videos. Printhead dried overnight. Reinserted, told printer to clean printheads. Exact same message as before: "Cyan cartridge faulty." I had replaced the cartridge 3 times. Same message. I guess I need a new printer. This HP 8600 Pro served me beautifully for 10 years. Looking at ratings of new ones available, I'm worried about whether a replacement will be inferior. Fingers crossed. ... show more

The color portions of our Epson WF-2630 were not printing so I figured they were clogged. I ordered this kit and when it arrived I tried to use it, but I wasn't able to get any kind of printing of black or color. Then I saw another youtube.com video where they used Windex injected into the points that go into each ink cartridge, and after 2-3 tries with that I was finally able to get a complete test pattern. So I liked the Windex method but have to think that the kit solution may have softened the clog to where the Windex was able to clear the printhead. Who knows for sure? At least the printhead solution kit was about half the price of some of the other ones offered on Amazon. I'll probably try the solution again in the future if the printheads clog--but will try to print something more often as they supposedly clog more if you don't use the printer often enough. I liked that the tube in the kit was snug to prevent any leaking when injecting the solution or Windex. ... show more
