The chairs are alittle tricky to put together. They look very beautiful until someone gets up from sitting. The back of seat cushion pops up? If I turn the cushion around it is fine. Unfortunately I can’t turn the cushion because it is the back of the cushion and the black lining will show. Wish I could say that I was pleased but unfortunately I can’t. Maybe the back of the cushion will widen and stay in place with lot of use?

Really pathetic response to customer complaints. I bought 4 chairs and found one of them defective - the cushion cover is badly manufactured and has a black lining visible (see photos - both the good and the defective one shown). However when I ask for a replacement of the defective part, I get no response. I have complained 3 times and no one reverted back. I am unable to return the item on Amazon - I get the following response: "The seller will review your return request within 48 hours. This item was sold and shipped by an Amazon seller, Primezone Lifestyle. If your return is approved, the seller will email you instructions for how to ship your return." BUT NOTHING HAPPENS AFTER THAT

If I get some help. The base of chair was made wrong and I need to have a new base sent out I had to put in a rating to ask for assistance I like to apologize I had this wrong. I liked to change myreview. I watched the video and didn’t pay attention to which arm rest went on what side. It does make a difference. The chair is a little shorter then I had in mind but wondering if you put the legs into the seat base rather then the arm rest that would give the chair height. The chair is nice and I am using it in a spare bedroom I did put the chair together 85% by myself but required a second person to help with the last part which is putting the back of the chair in place. I ordered this or a very large primary bedroom that is more like a guest suite. They were exactly as I wanted. Ordered the lighter grey and color was as expected. Great quality. I ordered the set of two. One however came with two of the same side which was clearly a manufacturing mistake. U contacted the seller through Amazon support. They responded in less than 48 hours and their communication was outstanding from there. I had to send pictures to help the seller understand what the issue was but they made it right immediately! I was so happy that they made it right sending a full replacement chair. I will hang onto the other for replacement parts if needed in the future. Quality is outstanding. Super comfortable and honestly I will look for this seller again when purchasing other items. I really just wanted to right piece and offered to send everything back but it was not necessary. If you are looking for a corner chair or maybe you have a small sitting area this would be the perfect item to fill that space. Again great customer service and honestly how often can you even say that anymore? Thank you again for making my purchase right. This all took about a week to complete. From nothing the issue to receiving the replacement. Easy to assemble.

So I bought this as a reading chair and when I got it I had trouble putting it together because the instructions were kind of vague but the video was helpful. However I had to take it apart 3 times before I actually finished it. And I would recommend a second person to help you put on the back because it was literally impossible on my own I ended up pushing it against a wall then sliding the back on. Otherwise there would be a hole on one side and wouldn’t fit correctly. On the other hand, it is a very comfortable chair. It is low to the ground so if you want a taller chair this isn’t the chair for you. I’m short so it works perfectly for me. Last thing is that it doesn’t come with a back cushion so the back can be a bit uncomfortable but I added a pillow and works like a charm.
