I am the kind of customer who reads pages and pages of reviews before making a purchase. I compared every major brand (T&N, Casper, Nectar, Purple, etc) to this one and just couldn't stomach the cost of any of the other brands. I purchased this mattress because of the positive reviews, the boxed delivery for easy moving (I ordered this shortly before moving out-of-state for grad school), and the return policy. I'm so thrilled that I won't have to use that policy! This mattress is exactly what I was looking for in terms of firmness/softness - it's hard to describe that balance without feeling the mattress, but it's firm enough to be supportive without being hard as a rock. It is so comfortable. I had to keep it in the box for almost a month, which is not recommended, but even still it began rising as soon as I cut off the plastic wrap. Zero chemical or other smell, zero delay, and was ready to sleep on within a day. I would never purchase a $700+ mattress from a more well-known brand when this one checked every box for a fraction of the cost. Absolutely order this, if you're on the fence. UPDATE: In a sudden, last-minute COVID-related move, I had to pack everything I own into just my RAV4. After three hours of trying to fit the mattress (vacuum-sealed) into the car with everything else, I had to leave it behind. Not the fault of the mattress - would have been fine if I had an actual moving van or even just another car to help me move. I ordered a different mattress as this one was unavailable when I needed to order, and after two nights on the other mattress, I had horrible hip pain. Horrible. I'm 23 and have never had joint pain like this (or at all) and chose to sleep on the floor for a week instead of sleeping on it anymore. I reordered this mattress as soon as it became available, and it arrived a week before it said it would. Set it up around 10am and it was good to go by about 3pm. SO COMFY. Hip pain is gone, I sleep like a rock every night, and I have no complaints whatsoever. I now know that I'll be dragging this mattress with me to every home I have until it is too old, and as soon as I have any storage space to speak of, I'll buy another one to keep in box so that I have a replacement when that day comes. I hope they never stop making this mattress! It's perfect.

I bought this for my daughter because she was having a lot of back pain from her bed that is a standard platform. I am very pregnant & a couple times slept in her bed after we got it because it made her bed higher than mine. It was like sleeping in a cloud & I have had the best nights sleep. I am definitely looking into getting one for my own bed as well.

Bought this bed in the hopes that it would stop my shoulder pain because I sleep on my right side. The inner spring mattress I used would have me waking up several times a night and my shoulder and back would ache all day. Since getting this mattress my aches and pains are GONE. I still use my old box springs, but with this new mattress, once I lay down, my body weight is distributed really well and the mattress seems to support in all the right spots. I haven't woken up stiff and sore since switching mattresses and I sleep far better than I was. All in all, this mattress was absolutely worth the money! It inflated back to normal within 12 hrs not 48. There was absolutely NO SMELL! It also arrived at my door in about half the time it was supposed to. Great buy 😁

For the price, and comfort so far I would order this bed again ten times over. Yes, like all of these types of things it did stink when we got it, but we just let it air out in an unused room with the windows open for a week before using. Our last mattress of a similar variety took about the same amount of time to air out, but after about a month you never noticed even a faint smell. For some, I guess this could be an issue, but if you plan accordingly it;s really not a big deal. As for the comfort, we love it! If you;re new to foam mattresses, it takes a little getting used to - especially the lack of any edge strength (sitting on the edge of the bed feels much different and softer than an inner-spring). But give it a little time and I think you'll like it. Love the fact that I can;t even feel my wife roll over or get in and out of bed. Really nice mattress at a great price.
