I found this product by googling cheaper alternative to Relief Factor. I've never tried relief factor due to the $90 per month cost, but I hear it advertised all the time. I have osteoarthritis in my hips and it causes constant pain and joint and muscle aches through both legs. I had tried many other recommended supplements that gave no relief. This is the first one that gave me relief from the constant ache. I still get stiff, or a twinge of pain when I move the wrong way, but the overall pain is definitely lessened. It is still more than I want to spend every month, so I am going to try one other supplement from Vimerson, tumeric and boswellia, because I do think it's the boswellia that made the difference compared to other supplements I've tried. (Side note: don't take boswellia if you are pregnant or may become pregnant, according to my research.) If that product doesn't work, I will come back to primal flex and suck it up and pay the price, it's made that much difference. Oh, and it took about 3 weeks to make a noticeable effect.

At first I was skeptical… for the past few months when I wake up my hand is so tight and tingling I can’t even make a fist. After working it out it usually goes away. I’ve been taking these (2 times a day) for 2 weeks and I’m waking up with no issues. I did start to notice results in 3 days, but now only 2 weeks later it’s a HUGE improvement.

I appreciated the packaging, bubble wrap and in a snug-fit separate box. The plastic seal was in place, may not use the pump but it's also in perfect shape. I looked at other made in USA Castor oil, same size and type (qualities of cold pressed, hexane free, etc.) and this was very good price. I plan to use it externally as directed, not sure why asked to rate taste. Too soon to rate it's other effects yet, just started using on eyelids.

I very seldom write reviews but this needs done. I have been on anti-inflammatory meds for months and not happy about it. I’ve tried other products for arthritis thinking they were working but still needed the anti-inflammatory meds, they were not working! After two weeks of Primal Flex I was able to stop the meds and live pain free!! I live an active life and this just made it better. My only problem was it did upset my stomach but an easy fix, just eat first! I will continue to use this forever and sings it’s praises to all I know! I would recommend this to anyone suffering with arthritis!

I gave this a 3 because my husband is not sure if it is helping him yet and I had to stop taking because I was breaking out. (allergic) UPDATE husband has not had improvement so I give these a one rating.

I have been using this for 10 days and have already noticed a difference in inflammation reduction. I was having trouble sleeping through the night due to hip pain. I am happy to report that this seems to be working and I have a noticeable improvement in my aches. I hope my system continues to have this positive reaction over time. I love that this is all natural and won’t have the same bad effects as rx meds
