Well built, lightweight, strong, comfortable enough for a few hours. I'm 5' 10' 192 and it's fine for me. My wife (retired) can load and unload it into our SUV without having to remove the battery. It turns differently than my big mid-wheel power wheelchair because the drive wheels are out back, but I've quickly adapted to it. I only use the second speed indoors, but it has five speeds. I ordered the optional battery. I've only used it for a couple of trips so far, so can't comment on battery life. It arrived fully charged. It's very easy to use. The motors have levers that can be flipped so it can roll freely. The seat cushion is removable. It's expensive, but it's made completely of carbon fiber which is strong and lightweight. The joystick controller can be adjusted in and out for comfort and mount on either arm rest. The arm rests can fold up. The foot rest can fold up and under the seat. Highly recommend so far. I almost bought the regular Pride Jazzy model a few months ago, but I'm glad I waited until this model came out. ... show more

The Pride Mobility Jazzy Ultra Lite itself appears to be a high-quality chair and functions well overall. However, the biggest concern is the lack of customer service support from the seller. For a purchase at this price point, not being able to get in touch with anyone for assistance is unacceptable. If any issue arises (such as charging concerns), you are left without guidance or timely support. That is not reassuring when purchasing medical equipment. I would recommend buying this chair directly from the manufacturer or an authorized dealer, rather than through a third-party seller, to ensure proper support and warranty assistance. ... show more

The best in the business. The ultimate foldable power wheelchair. Nothing comes close in terms of quality and comfort. If you’re a traveling individual with mobility issues that require a power wheelchair with no further than this chair. For someone who has been disabled for many years and requires a wheelchair for mobility, and an AVID traveler, even after my injury, the chair has been nothing short, but amazing. I’ve tried over five different power wheelchairs over the course of my injury, and this takes the cake for being the lightest while still maintaining the best balance on different terrain for its weight. Its battery and quality and overall builds are just leaks above the Chinese knockoffs. If you can afford it, I would go ahead and buy this even if it’s double or triple the price of the other units. This is coming from somebody that owns five different units. You’d rather spend it all at once on something that’s quality than spend it multiple times on something that isn’t that good. The warranty and customer service alone along with that pride mobility guarantee is just unmatched. It is pricey, but you can’t put a price on independence and mobility. They somehow have managed to make the lightest as well as most durable power wheelchair on the market that can outlast any power wheelchair of the same weight class and even higher weight classes because if it’s overall structure, they truly thought about everything when they thought about this chair, combining portability with a truly amazing and comfortable chair. The comfort of the seat and back netting are a lot more forgiving for a long-term use as opposed to the jazzy carbon, it’s also lighter and user-friendly. If you’re a traveler who requires a power wheelchair, this is by far the best in the world at the moment for power ability and independence. ... show more
