Description

Classic dual head stethoscope made from anodized aluminum for extreme lightweight. Fiberglass diaphragm side detects S1 and S2 heart sounds as well as Korotkoff sounds. Bell side is optimally designed for assessing S3 and S4 heart sounds. Incorporates a snap-on diaphragm retaining ring and a non-chill bell ring which contributes to the ease of use and maintenance, while enhancing patient comfort. I've had pervious Prestige stethoscopes and like them a lot. They work JUST AS WELL as Littmann and other expensive stethoscopes. I've used Littmann and Prestige and there is really no difference in quality. And the fact that Littmann's are so expensive make them a target for theft. I've been in the medical field for 15 years and people will swipe others Littmann's BECAUSE they're Littmanns....they don't steal other brands even though the quality is just as good. I stick with Prestige products in general and have always had good luck. ... show more

This stethoscope is used10-15 times per week. Comfortable when worn. Tubing is a bit larger, but flexs as desired. Nice to have color choices! Excellent warranty and lifetime replacement of parts.
