Love the feel of this stethoscope! I have small ears, and anything that is meant to fit inside has a tendency to hurt, such as earbuds. However, this stethoscope comes with a few different covers for the ear pieces, and I was easily able to find the ones that felt best for me. The sound quality is great for this price point. I know a more expensive one may be better for certain applications, but for home use, I found this to be perfect!

This is a great stethoscope for the price and beyond what to expect for the price! I was skeptical at first but after reading a few reviews decided to try it out after my first one of 20 years decided it was too old(very expensive one) and I did not want to spend another arm and leg at this time. The sound is great, very lightweight and very attractive pick color in a great packaged box with all the extras also! I definitely would purchase again!

I am thoroughly impressed! My Littman Classic II SE walked off and I didn't have the $90 to buy another one so I bought this "cheap" one for now.... Well let me tell you--this is a great stethoscope for the price! Much better quality than what I paid for. Very comparable to my old littman and this is nice because it's a bit longer so less hunching my back over patients when I'm trying to assess them! Not sure if this one will be as durable but I'm very happy for the price. Also hot pink is super vivid and pretty!

I bought this recently when I decided it was time to replace my old b/p cuff as my old stethoscope was around 20+ years old and figured it was time to retire it too. I was really surprised in the quality that this one has especially for the low price. It works quite well..about as good as the normal priced Littman (not the uber expensive ones) actually. It's 31" long, has a lifetime guarantee which amazed me at such a low price, and has an extra diaphragm with it too.It is dual head and sensitive to lung sounds, checking b/p, and heart sounds and fits in the ears well and is comfortable too (comes with extra buds). My only complaint is it doesn't seem quite as sensitive (as far as loudness) to heart sounds as my old one was (different brand but less expensive one too) I'm a retired RN but still called to "duty" once in awhile with friends or family and pets.So this should work just fine.LOL.

As a CNA we need to recheck high bps if our electric cuffs show it. I hated putting "house equipment" in my ears, and it just grosses me out, so I got these. Not only are they bright and colorful and lightweight but I can hear the heartbeat even better than the house ones, the sound quality is that good. Would buy again!

This thing does not work as well as i would have liked; you do get what you pay for. It works, but seeing as i bought this for my young daughter to pretend Dr with a working stethoscope, I wish it was easier to hear. After reading the instruction manual, reviews of other products (like Littman), and learning how to properly USE a stethoscope, I would strongly advise spending MORE money elsewhere if you can afford it. That being said, if you want an inexpensive, working stethoscope and don't mind that it won't be as loud as you're hoping, then this is the stethoscope for you! I will also say that it is extremely uncomfortable to wear, the tension is tight when it is in your ears and tends to pinch awkwardly, hopefully it will stretch a bit and loosen up with time. I also tend to think it will not be so uncomfortable for my daughter since her little head is not as big as mine.

I bought this when I was a broke nursing student and I can't believe how great it is for the price. Heart, lung and bowel sounds are easy to hear. It's also very lightweight. Some of my classmates borrowed mine at clinical and ended up buying it because they liked it so much more than the double-tube steths you can buy at the school bookstore. I am now a RN and received a Littman Classic for graduation but I still have this in my bag as a backup! I recommend it to every nursing student I meet
