Love the feel of this stethoscope! I have small ears, and anything that is meant to fit inside has a tendency to hurt, such as earbuds. However, this stethoscope comes with a few different covers for the ear pieces, and I was easily able to find the ones that felt best for me. The sound quality is great for this price point. I know a more expensive one may be better for certain applications, but for home use, I found this to be perfect! ... show more

I bought this recently when I decided it was time to replace my old b/p cuff as my old stethoscope was around 20+ years old and figured it was time to retire it too. I was really surprised in the quality that this one has especially for the low price. It works quite well..about as good as the normal priced Littman (not the uber expensive ones) actually. It's 31" long, has a lifetime guarantee which amazed me at such a low price, and has an extra diaphragm with it too.It is dual head and sensitive to lung sounds, checking b/p, and heart sounds and fits in the ears well and is comfortable too (comes with extra buds). My only complaint is it doesn't seem quite as sensitive (as far as loudness) to heart sounds as my old one was (different brand but less expensive one too) I'm a retired RN but still called to "duty" once in awhile with friends or family and pets.So this should work just fine.LOL. ... show more

Pro: surprisingly good quality, surprisingly low price, pleasantly lightweight, fits the prestige medical brand stethoscope light perfectly (Neuro Stepdown nurse here, so a light is a must, and I HATE carrying pens/penlights in my pockets). Con: the eartips tend to fall off. A LOT. Hack: treat the metal threads with skin prep and alcohol prep pads prior to applying the eartips. (Got the idea from how incredibly sticky the prep makes your gloves when trying to sink NG Tubes or apply condom caths.) It basically glues them on, lol. Cuts eartips loss down from multiple times per shift to maybe once every two months, AND the process is repeatable, just peel the skin prep remnants out of the tips, and do it all over again. (Just be sure NOT to occlude the shafts when applying the prep.) ... show more

I ordered this in Hot pink and what arrived is NEON... I'm talking retro neon pink. I always check before I order to make sure items are Amazon Prime and returnable. This item was. However, when I went to return it, it offered to solve the problem and open a ticket. Then when I went to click "continue", the tab wouldn't depress. So not sure if a return has been initiated or not. Truth in Advertising... I won't purchase from this company again. And also be sure to see if it says "free returns". This one just said "returnable". Lesson Learned: not all "Amazon Prime" returnable items are going to be easily returned. The second one I ordered arrived in the right color and quickly and I love it. It definitely is not as good as a Littman, but if you've had your stethoscope walk-off as many times as mine has, this is a good bang for your buck. Blessings on your day! ... show more
