The pieces are labeled but, I have put together so much furniture like this it wasn’t a big deal to me. I use a power drill, otherwise count on your wrists hurting. I’ve included a photo of where the instructions are incorrect. The Cam lock holes were on the side of the blue wheel rather than the red, so I had to take all the wheel tracks off and switch them. Not really a big deal. It’s a good item if you’re used to this type of assembly. It’s fairly simple compared to some other dressers I’ve put together. Super sturdy too! For the ones who managed to receive this with zero damage- they must have crazy good luck. The material is so fragile and then the way they have it packed for shipping only prevents 3 sides of the contents from getting damaged. The 4th side doesn’t have any sort of foam packing material to protect it and all of those dresser pieces incurred some level of damage. Customer service will send out replacement parts for free, zero questions asked so that’s a plus but it’s a tad annoying having to wait for them to be re shipped and I also had to dissemble the dresser to swap out the replacement parts so be sure to check your pieces thoroughly before putting it together so you don’t make the same mistake as I did. One of my replacement pieces also arrived with some damage but less noticeable than the first so I just went ahead and used it. The company should consider including a furniture marker. I am very handy and have put together many, many things but this dresser still took me probably 2-3 hours to assemble and I used a power drill. It’s not difficult but it’s very time consuming due to all of the drawers. I chose to use different drawer pulls but the ones provided seem to be good quality. All in all.. the Cherry finish is nice, I like the style of the dresser and it’s a good size. The legs are solid wood but everything else is MDF. Do I like this dresser? Yes. Would I buy it again? My wife and I really liked the look of this dresser and it went with the rest of our room since we have walnut colored furniture. The price was very reasonable and the build quality is very good. It was the perfect size to fit in our closet. The color looks great and the drawers slide in and out very nice and easy. I can’t say enough, good things about it from a functional and appearance standpoint. The only catch is that it is quite a project to put together. A masterclass in how not to ship a product. The kit arrived incomplete, with damaged panels, striated screws that looked pre-chewed, and ‘instructions’ that abdicate their job, forcing a scavenger hunt online for the basics. Parts support? A voicemail labyrinth that never resolves. I’ve built for over a decade; this was the most exasperating assembly I’ve encountered. If you value your time, your tools, or your sanity, choose another dresser. This isn’t a build it’s a half-finished puzzle with a two-week parts delay. OK, this is actually a really attractive dresser, but the quality is what it is obviously it’s not real wood but it’s decent enough. The big negative about this thing is that it will take you an entire day to put together possibly more if you are alone,. I almost gave up a few times. I love this piece of furniture! It is exactly what I wanted. There are 11 steps to put it together, it took me 2 evenings to finish it, but unfortunately 3 front side of drawers came damaged so I had to wait few days to get them. Well I got a whole box again and I had to open it, exchange the damage pieces and put it back for pick up- that was a pain for me since the box was very heavy to drag to my apartment from the mail room. But I am so happy with it, I just ordered the night stands to match 🥰. The instructions were great, just be patient and follow up. The dresser is beautiful but the instructions are not the best (the parts themselves are not labeled and the images of parts in the manual tend to blend together. The manual's page describing the hardware with an image at times does not match the picture of the hardware when in use). I have been in the process of building it for two weeks because I am also missing parts. Some of which were easy to find at home depot or lowes but not so fortunately I could not find the greeen dowels anywhere and had to order them from the sellers site (which made it seem as though it would arrive within 4 days of my order and yet almost a week later the tracking number states it is going to arrive in 3 days). It's a $200 dresser. It's short, it's shallow, the drawers are small. It's clearly made for small rooms like those found in cheap apartments. It's light and easy to move up and down stairs with a buddy. The drawer gaps are only slightly uneven. Honestly, it looks exactly like the picture if you look close. I find it quite handsome. I actually think it's an exceptional value. The base is solid MDF, The drawers come with additional bottom supports. Just little touches that set it apart for other furniture in this price point. It's relatively easy to put together, took me about 45 minutes. The parts aren't labeled, but they are clearly identifiable by the pictures in the instructions. ... show more
