The media could not be loaded. This is the third one we’ve bought for our house. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. My husband put them together and he’s pretty handy, but he also takes his time and does things carefully. He hasn’t had any issues with missing parts or confusing steps, which has been great. Once assembled, the dresser looks polished and nicer than I expected for the price. We’ve had the other two for a couple of years now and they’re holding up really well. For the ones who managed to receive this with zero damage- they must have crazy good luck. The material is so fragile and then the way they have it packed for shipping only prevents 3 sides of the contents from getting damaged. The 4th side doesn’t have any sort of foam packing material to protect it and all of those dresser pieces incurred some level of damage. Customer service will send out replacement parts for free, zero questions asked so that’s a plus but it’s a tad annoying having to wait for them to be re shipped and I also had to dissemble the dresser to swap out the replacement parts so be sure to check your pieces thoroughly before putting it together so you don’t make the same mistake as I did. One of my replacement pieces also arrived with some damage but less noticeable than the first so I just went ahead and used it. The company should consider including a furniture marker. I am very handy and have put together many, many things but this dresser still took me probably 2-3 hours to assemble and I used a power drill. It’s not difficult but it’s very time consuming due to all of the drawers. I chose to use different drawer pulls but the ones provided seem to be good quality. All in all.. the Cherry finish is nice, I like the style of the dresser and it’s a good size. The legs are solid wood but everything else is MDF. Do I like this dresser? Yes. Would I buy it again? I love this piece of furniture! It is exactly what I wanted. There are 11 steps to put it together, it took me 2 evenings to finish it, but unfortunately 3 front side of drawers came damaged so I had to wait few days to get them. Well I got a whole box again and I had to open it, exchange the damage pieces and put it back for pick up- that was a pain for me since the box was very heavy to drag to my apartment from the mail room. But I am so happy with it, I just ordered the night stands to match 🥰. The instructions were great, just be patient and follow up. Do not buy this product. It is very poor quality and with many damages, to wait so long and send a product damaged in 20 parts. I am keeping it only because it is terrible heavy. OK, this is actually a really attractive dresser, but the quality is what it is obviously it’s not real wood but it’s decent enough. The big negative about this thing is that it will take you an entire day to put together possibly more if you are alone,. I almost gave up a few times. The pieces are labeled but, I have put together so much furniture like this it wasn’t a big deal to me. I use a power drill, otherwise count on your wrists hurting. I’ve included a photo of where the instructions are incorrect. The Cam lock holes were on the side of the blue wheel rather than the red, so I had to take all the wheel tracks off and switch them. Not really a big deal. It’s a good item if you’re used to this type of assembly. It’s fairly simple compared to some other dressers I’ve put together. Super sturdy too! Ok, first of all when this dresser arrived I was a bit worried because the box is not large at all and wondered if there was more boxes too it, but it is a heavy box and mine had no damage at all to it. So me and my daughter built this in about two hours or so. The instruction manual is very good at explaining exactly how pieces and parts match up, we took our time and did not use a power drill because I did not want to split the wood, but it was tiresome using a screwdriver but happy how it turned out! My dresser did not have any damaged pieces nor scratches! The drawers are a good size you can fit quite of bit ...Very happy with this dresser. I was worried about the reviews but so happy I bought this! I will definitely be purchasing more from this seller. Great product for the price! ... show more

This dresser is good for the price point. Comparable to ikea. It’s heavy and sturdy which is a huge plus. The color is beautiful. We got the cherry one and it matches our walnut bed frame and night stands very well. Drawers slide well and are a good size. 4 stars because one of the drawers came with a chip in the front. It’s not too bad and can be fixed with a furniture marker but was a little disappointing. Assembly took 2 hours by myself and there were a few times the instructions weren’t clear and on page 11 the drawer slides are backwards. Overall good purchase for the price ... show more
