I read that some people were dissatisfied that their floss was polyester and not cotton. Mine says 100% cotton on each skein and it is definitely cotton. It’s not quite DMC quality … it’s more like Anchor … but I needed a questionable color of blue for a counted cross stitch project and this selection gave me a great range of blues to choose from. I found the perfect color in this selection for my project so it was a good purchase for me. It provides great coverage when stitching 2 over 1 on 14 count or 18 count Aida so I’m sure the remaining colors will come in handy in the future. ... show more

Great colors, they are not as shiny as DMC thread. They are more of a flat color. I used clear waxing on the thread so the thread would go through the project easily. It is good quality thread and my project came out great. Love the color grouping from light pink to burgundy good price.
