I ordered these double-sided anti-slip rug pads for the rugs in my son's student housing we have just been moving him into. He wanted a couple comfortable rugs to walk on in bare feet when it's cold, but they were pretty slippery. We didn't want to put thick full-sized padded grip mats under the entire length of the rugs because they are already pretty thick. So it seemed grips just at the corners or edges made more sense. I've bought some in the past that didn't work well, but these work pretty good and they won't damage the floor. They seemed to need pushed firmly and then given a little time to set, but they stick well. On the very large rug, putting them at the corners wasn't enough because the way the rug lays you could easily catch your foot on a loose area along one of the sides, so I placed a few on each side spaced apart to keep all the edges secured to the floor. They worked great, so I have no complaints!

Whoop whoop!! These anti slip rug pads are the bomb!! I have a back screened in porch door.. I have placed a thick door rug there for shoes etc when coming back inside. It annoyingly is constantly slipping around on the hardwood floor. Even the grippy lining pads that I had put underneath did not stop it from slipping around. Hence the search for another solution. To say that I am pleased with this product is an understatement! Each pad is generously sized, measuring 4x4 inches. Placing one on each corner was super easy and quick. Each pad is clearly marked on each side.. one for sticking on rug and the other side for the floor. Rug side is very sticky, with no worries of it coming off once applied. After removing floor side covers and placing rug back on the hardwoods.. the rug absolutely will not budge!! YAY! The floor side of each pad can be washed off and dried to reuse. That would be handy if for some reason you decided to relocate or adjust the position of the rug. I cannot attest to the rug side.. not sure if that is reusable or not. My guess is no. But, I really have no reason to remove from rug. If I purchase another rug I will buy another package. This package does come with eight pads btw. Definitely a fan of this product!!

These premium quality anti-slip rug pads do what they are supposed to do. They grip onto the floor and the stick to various rugs to prevent them from slipping around. Here is what I think about them: 1) They do what they are set out to do. The amount of friction they introduce to the floor is unparalleled. Compared to rubber pads that are also used to line the bottom of drawers, these are definitely much nicer and work better. These premium quality anti-slip rug pads are thicker, stay in place without needing constant re-adjustment and saves me so much hassle to re-work the placement of rugs when they move about. 2) These premium quality anti-slip rug pads can be cut in half for smaller rugs that are not estimated to slip around that much. I did cut one square in half to form a triangle for a smaller rug and so far, it has held up just fine. For larger rugs, perhaps using the entire square will be necessary. 3) Installation was a breeze on these premium quality anti-slip rug pads. Just follow the instructions printed on the removable plastic tabs to match the surface that goes to the floor and the surface that goes on the carpet or rug. I do recommend them for the reasons outlined above.

This is a review for “Premium Quality Anti-Slip Rug Pads - Rug Pad - Non Slip Rug Pads - Carpet Pad - Rug Gripper - Runner Rug - Rug Backing for Secure and Safe Flooring Solution” Our 2x6 foot throw rug in our RV threatens to toss our aging butts on the floor every time we step on it, as it very easily slides on the floor. I promised my wife I would get something to keep it in place. These pads have worked so far. I stuck them on the four corners of the rug and it is fixed in place by the corners which are adhering well to the floor. I went back an hour later to check out it’s slide-worthy-ness and it is still adhering and it doesn’t slip when I walk/stop on it. With luck, this adhesive will keep it stuck to the floor over time, and maintain its stickiness with repeated removal/replacements since my wife insists on rolling up the rug to store between trips. The literature insists that the floor-stickiness can be maintained or restored easily by cleaning the “floor side” of the pads (the carpet-side remains adhered to the bottom of the rug, not to be removed). Here’s hoping that these pads will continue to hold it in place as well as it has for the first couple of hours.

I used these in multiple area rugs in my house. They stick really well, however it doesn't last. To be fair my dog is crazy and is actively ripping up the carpet. And so this might not happen to you if you are just a regular person. However I really thought they would be sticky enough and if I used 6 of them on a single rug a little pomeranian wouldn't be able to rip up and move the carpet. Oh, how I was wrong.

The rug pads stick well but don't work for a large rug such as our 7ft runner. It tends to shift a little and bunches up in places. I used 6 of the 8 sticky pads. I'm thinking a full rug pad would be better for this purpose.
