I love this coffee. Nice mild taste with no bitterness. Best if you buy the beans and get a small coffee grinder. That way the freshness lasts longer. Beans have less exposed surface area for oxidation. May also want a good coffee bean storage container with a good seal to keep beans fresh. If you like a good cup of coffee you might as well go the extra mile as this coffee is not cheap.

Worth every penny. This is not a blend it is the real deal. WARNING once you drink this it will be difficult to drink any other coffee. Please take precautions and fix you an extra cup before leaving the home to prevent being forced to drink lesser quality coffee...lol. seriously though, that's what you will feel like. This is really good coffee. I wish I could afford to buy enough to drink it every morning. As it stands, I buy one bag a month. That usually lasts about 4-5 days. The reason I only gave it four stars is the price. I’m retired and cannot afford to buy enough to drink it every morning. If I could I would. It is really that good.

I used to purchase Clifton Mount Estate coffee from a source who roasted and shipped your order same day. It's fantastic! Due to the cost I dropped my subscription a few months ago. I tried this coffee and upon opening the bag, I knew this was NOT fresh roasted. It was dry and I just cannot extract the same flavor regardless of the different settings I've tried on my coffee machine. It's probably been setting on a warehouse shelf for some time. I ended up throwing it out! If your looking for the best Jamaican Blue Mountain freshly roasted coffee, try Blue Mountain Coffee roasters. All the difference in the world. Won't buy again. UPDATE! Vendor reached out after my review and immediately issued a full refund. Not expected but really appreciated their quick response.

I purchased (1) package as a sample to see how it compared to my first experience with 'Blue Mountain' that I purchased in a little bodega in Manhattan by chance over fifty years ago. I'd never heard nor tasted the original before but it changed the way I tasted coffee to this day. This sample was actually very close to that original. I immediately bought a 2nd package and it was undrinkable. Stale, old, disgusting, and dead are a few words that come to mind; hence the (3) stars for my experience. If I was 100% certain that every package was truly fresh I would subscribe. However, at this point it's 50-50 and as many times before, the ads and reviews praise their coffee as 100% 'Blue Mountain' and it's simply a waste of money. I've been attempting to find that original taste on Amazon and 'No One', except the aforementioned 1st package, has comes close. It's worth the risk, but be forewarned!
