The red grips are ok, they can kind of come off but I think they still help with grabbing the thing. They spot a little in cleaning and bend a little in baking but otherwise are just fine. Value for your money.

I've had these for a little over a month now and I've only used the smaller sheet so far. The non-stick surface has worked great so far in the handful of times I've used it. It's been through the dishwasher a few times now without any issues. The silicone handles just kind of fasten on to the pan and could probably fall off fairly easily but since you can just reattach them it's not a big issue. I haven't been brave or maybe stupid enough to try grabbing those handles without an oven mitt yet so they might not really serve a purpose anyway. But overall I like these sheets and they seem to be high quality

Though I don't bake, I subscribe to a meal kit service that involves a lot of meat and veggie roasting. I am cooking for one, so the small and medium sizes are great for most of what I do. They do warp a bit in the oven, which is expected for light weight baking sheets. They level back out when cooled. Not taking away any stars for this. Clean-up is incredibly easy under most circumstances. It has been nice to roast meals without needing to line with foil. However, I ran into an issue the first time I used the large sheet. Made honey mustard pork which, of course, dripped down and baked onto the pan. By the time I finished dinner, it was hardened onto the surface and would not budge. I covered the spot with a sopping wet cloth and let it sit overnight. Didn't make any difference. It seemed to be fused onto the surface of the pan. While it was still wet, I used one of those little plastic Tupperware gizmos to scrape it off. (See photo.) Bad news! The lump scraped off and took the non-stick coating with it. The moral of the story: when roasting sticky stuff, use foil. Despite this one issue, I like these baking sheets better than any other I have ever had, and especially love having the 3 sizes.

They are very easy to clean but warp in the oven at 425F so liquids/oils will pool in the corners and potentially spill out.

I love these baking sheets and am thinking about buying another set just to have multiples on hand! Excellent product. Beautiful, too! I am personally tired of looking at my old, silver baking sheets. I would definitely buy these again!

I've made several things with these - from cookies to kielbasa - and they work great. I love having the handles that make it so much easier to grip! My older pans could be slippery with my pot holders, but I held on to my old pans anyway. I wish I hadn't waited to buy these. The only thing that would make these better is if the handles were also heat-resistant, but I don't know if the technology is there yet. I also love that the set comes in 3 sizes. We don't always need the large batches. I think these are great and they really do make baking things a bit easier.
