I hate powdered protein. I hate the protein taste that all of them have. THIS MILK TEA HAS NONE OF THE PROTEIN POWDER TASTE!! It tastes just like milk tea and is absolutely delicious. It has a bit of an aftertaste of the monk fruit but it’s not a bad aftertaste, it’s just a sweet aftertaste. I made it last night with half lactaid half water in a shaker cup and i had a few lumps. This morning I heated my water and mixed the protein in with a whisk and then poured it over the cold lactaid and I cannot even tell it’s protein powder. It just tastes like good milk tea. I’ve already bought the matcha just waiting for it to arrive. I’m planning on going to the website later to buy the other flavors. Absolutely recommend especially if you aren’t a huge fan of usual protein powders

I was a bit skeptical because of the reviews but I decided to give it a try anyway because of the ingredients. I don't recommend mixing it with sweetened milk as it will not taste good and it is already sweetened.

I am a 10% sugar in my boba girl, so the sweetness of this is a bit much for me. BUT it is still a lot more toned down and the flavor is much preferred compared to other protein powders. It’s still not as sweet or mealy as other proteins I’ve tried. It has definitely helped me remain the most consistant I have ever been when it comes to taking protein, so that’s always a win.

I was pretty excited to try this and ended up being really disappointed. The flavor is just awful, pretty undrinkable. I wanted to like it, for how expensive it was. I tried their recipe of half milk and half water, and tweaked it a few times but nothing makes this taste good at all. It looks like they gave away their product for free to farm all of these good reviews, so I'm writing an honest one for the rest of us who paid for this overpriced product. I'll be sticking with my normal milk tea protein I get on Amazon. Update: I tried it again to see if I could get used to the flavor and noticed that what is really getting to me is that there's this really bitter after taste that hits the back of my throat. I didn't pin point it right away, for some reason, but now that I noticed it.. it's ALL I can taste after every sip.

I hate the taste of protein powder, but this one I can 100% enjoy. I got the taro flavor to avoid extra caffeine in the afternoon, and it tastes great; I don't even feel the "gritty" protein powder in my mouth. It might not be the same as my local boba shop, but it gets close.

I would give this product 5 stars. I’ve purchased the taro flavored, so this review is specifically on that. I like the ingredients which are clean and not very many compare to other protein powders. Also, the sugar is less than one gram per serving. Doesn’t taste too sweet. I mix it with some water and almond milk. I’ve tried few protein powders in the fast. I feel that you need to build a taste for them to say this is the one. I would recommend this product. Especially, there are so many protein powders out in the market that have ingredients that you cannot even pronounce their names. You’re unaware of what you’re putting in your body. This has few and clean ingredients. Give it a try. It’s prefect for me!!!!!!!

The media could not be loaded. 10/10 recommend Loved it so much I subscribed to getting it monthly before I finished my first bag. Drink this daily since discovering it. Honestly, super impressed with the accuracy of the bubble tea flavor! This completely hits my bubble tea craving on the spot. How I make mine is 4 Oz whole milk, 4 Oz water and a scoop of ice. Then I turn the vitamix on and it is super smooth and creamy texture and flavor. Personal notes about it Since this has black tea in it, I try to drink early enough in the day so the caffeine won’t effect my sleep. I usually get bubble tea with little or no sugar so this did take me about 2 uses to adjust to the sweetness. To get some additional protein, I add in 3 scoops of Vital proteins Marie collagen.
