It's very soft as it said it is but I was looking for a different type of cushiness. I was looking for something more foamy feeling to lay over. But this didn't quite get there but it was soft and it's nice it's pretty it's fluffy. But it doesn't give me that kush that I need to protect the bone from feeling sore and achy. But if someone's looking for a smooth velvety surface it'll work out for them.

I purchased this mattress topper to protect the Queen short mattress in our RV and to secure the memory foam pad to the mattress and it is a perfect fit! It is really difficult to find Queen short mattress toppers that stay on the mattress in our RV bed because the bottom third of our mattress folds up when we close the slide and other mattress toppers slide off the folded mattress. Additionally, we have a memory foam mattress pad on top of the folding mattress and beneath the mattress topper. This one fits perfectly and stays on the mattress even when the memory foam pad is on the Queen short mattress, the slide is in , and the bottom third of the mattress is folded up. This mattress topper has very deep pockets that hold the memory foam pad securely on the folding mattress. The mattress topper is well made and looks durable. It puffed up nicely after I removed it from the mailing package. I look forward to many comfortable and peaceful nights of sleep on our RV adventures that don’t require fighting the usual mattress topper battle before going to bed and upon waking up in the morning.

Honestly this topper is not my favorite. I have had better, thicker, and comfier toppers in the past. It never puffed up like the picture show. I do not think it cools or either I cannot notice the difference. I believe the only justice this topper does is helping protect your actual mattress but nothing else. I have had this topper for over 5 months now and this is my honest review.
