I bought it as a much less expensive surf trainer than the designed products on the market. It feels durable and is easy to inflate (although the valve is a little awkward but holds air very well). I leave it slightly deflated for laying on, so it's hard to say how well it holds air fully inflated, but easy to add more when needed. I haven't used it for its intended purpose, but I think it would function well for kids to catch some shallow waves and then you don't have to buy a cheap foam boogie board on vacation that will end up in the trash. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I got this for our kids after a few disappointing cheap boards. This one held up great - no air leaks, tough fabric, and they actually stayed on it riding waves. Super happy with the quality!

Works great! My 3 year old and 5 year old loved swimming with this. Great size! I can see my kids being able to use this through their elementary school years. Very easy to blow up. We brought two. One kept deflating every 10-15 minutes from the beginning, so we will return it. The other one did not deflate at all even after using it for a couple hours. Since some do seem to be defective, I recommend checking to see if you got a defective one before the return window closes. ... show more

    • Durable and buoyant inflatable boogie board

I ordered this inflatable boogie board for my kids and I to use on our beach vacation this summer. I am very satisfied with the quality and durability of the boogie board. At first, I was a bit mystified with how to inflate the boogies board because the air valve was not like anything else I'd ever seen. When I tried to just blow air into it, barely any air would go in. Then I realized the center circle needed to be depressed to allow the air to flow in or out. After that, the board was inflated in moments. We were off and all enjoyed having fun riding the waves. When we were done, I pressed the air valve button and was able to push out all the air in just a few seconds. The boogie board has hand hold straps on either side, which really help keep you on top of the boogie board. Despite the size of this boogie board being just 2 and a half feet long and 2 feet wide, I was extremely impressed with how buoyant the boogie board is. I'm about 6 foot tall and weight about 185 pounds, and the boogie board held me up just fine. ... show more

Finally got to put these to the test on our annual beach trip, I was skeptical at first but I was surprised at how sturdy these little boogie boards are, blown up as much as you can gives them a good strong base and they glide on the waves. The handles are very easy to grib and they with stand even the bigger kids, we have kids from 16-5 and they all used the floating boards. They could be used in a swimming pool as they are smaller and could definitely be used as kick boards. What is nice it that they are so portable being blown up. Very high quality inflatable. The material feels thicker than most and is extremely durable. Has not lost any air. Its the perfect size for pre-teens keeping them centered on the board. The 2 handles are very durable and make it a safe option for kids.
