I got this to upgrade from my last hip thrust pad which was a typical foam one not very thick. As I increase the weight it starts to hurt my bones and this pad is super thick, almost too thick and hard but it definitely works! I got the USA one for like 8$ total steal.

I used this for the first time the other day and didn’t feel a THING. I lift decently heavy on my heavy days (over 300lbs. for the hip thrust) and most every pad I’ve used is garbage and isn’t remotely thick enough. I was actually able to focus on my lift and NOT being distracted by being uncomfortable. I am just so pleased with this. I’ll report back after some time to tell you how it’s held up.

the pad have been designed for hips thrust more than squats. Too fat for squats but I use it for that mainly. I like the design and non slip double velcro closure. I had many neck rolls for squats and this is the one that is too big. I like the flashy design so nobody will steal it......I have lost so many at the gyms in 2 decades.......
