  • POWDER COATED STEEL MOUNTING BRACKETS HAVE A HEAVY-DUTY LOCKING LEVER to keep tarp from un-rolling and the crank handle folds in to protect the handle from damage while driving. Mount to dump bed with included bolts or weld in place.
  • Front and rear rope storing J hooks are standard with our roller kit. Included tarp (unless ordered with No Tarp) is black mesh fabric, UV treated, PVC coated polyester fibers. Rust-proof brass grommets. Hems reinforced with 2 webbing double stitched
  • Our PREMIUM EZ-Mount Tarp Roller Kit installs easily. The tarp roller has a slot to slide hex head bolts into for attaching tarp without having to remove roller. NO DRILLING REQUIRED!
  • Crank handle can NOT fall off! PREMIUM EZ-Mount Tarp Roller Kit includes a mesh tarp (retention bow sold separately. Search for ATP1010 or T-RBK.94) All items are shrink wrapped to prevent damage in shipping!

Description

All Truck Products PREMIUM EZ-Mount Tarp Roller Kits are built for dump truck and dump trailer tarp applications. The combination of our Heavy Duty LOCK LEVER and Powder Coated Steel Mounting Brackets combined with our Aircraft Grade Extruded Aluminum Roller Axle creates a PREMIUM TARP ROLLER KIT that telescopes to fit the exact width of your truck. Mount to dump bed with included bolts or weld in place. The tarp can attach to the roller with a tarp pocket or by the preformed slot in the roller to bolt through the tarp's grommets. The kit includes: crank handle, mounting brackets with bearings and driver side lock lever, tarp roller axle, Mesh Tarp(unless ordered with No Tarp), 20 ft pull-rope, 4 rope storing J-hooks, two rubber tarp straps with S-hooks, and mounting and tarp bolts.

The materials are very robust and the workmanship on this is very good. It is a clean and simple design that installs easily and should last for many years. I was worried the mesh tarp might be a bit too weak for the spikey desert tree branches I haul to the dump. However, it is more heavy duty than I thought, with very heavy web edges and excellent stitching. Seems like good quality for the price. My trailer came with the openings for the bearings so I removed the plates that it was pre installed on and installed directly on the trailer frame. The instructions were not detailed enough for someone who has never put one together.

    • Perfect for Homemade Dump Trailer
Size: 4'6" X 12'
I have a homemade dump trailer and the only thing missing was a proper cover. We would use tarps, netting, and bungee cords before but they would either catch too much wind or eventually fall apart. This was easy to install and works like a charm. I still secure it with bungee cords. It rolls off the spindle with easy and you can turn the crank and wind it back up with no problem whatsoever. And since it's mesh, the wind doesn't catch it and it doesn't flap around at all. If I ever switch out my dump trailer for another one, I'll be right back and getting this cover again. ... show more

We bought the 6x18 kit. We installed it on a 12 foot Big Tex dump trailer. Bracket to bracket was like 6’4” so we chose the 6’ width. Fits perfectly between sides with an inch or so on both sides. Although the trailer is 12 feet we chose the 18 ft tarp. Honestly the heavy duty bearing/bearing carrier was the reason I chose this model, not to mention its powder coated black. The ONLY drawback is the bolts to mount the tarp to the cross piece are short by design and they’re a bitch to get the nuts on. Overall I am impressed. I never leave reviews but this is worth leaving a review. We really love it. ... show more
