I just got my pigeons and their previous owner had given me some food. I thought they were eating fine. The moment I got this feed and put it in their cage, they went nuts. They are still quite shy but came to the corner of the cage where I was standing at ate and ate and ate. They LOVE this food. This mix is the only one my pet Barbary doves seem to like. With other mixes, there's at least a few kinds of seeds they just won't eat. With this one, some of my birds seem to like it more than even millet spray! I don't mind the extra price, since it seems to make my birds happy. I dislike the delivery, though. The seller uses FedEx and seems to request a signature. The deliverer always seems to arrive while I'm at work. It's a hassle. Maybe it's just my luck, but it's annoying. ... show more

Maybe this is for a super large pigeon? My pet pidge can’t get a lot of it down and even wild birds aren’t eating it. This is the first time I was ever glad to see squirrels. They love it.
