This mattress comes compressed in a small box, which fine whatever. But I got this one cause it said medium firm, but this is extremely soft too soft you literally just seeeps in where your head rests at its trash. How do you return this lmao its no longer compressed 😪🥲

First immediate impression was not too impressed at all, the pictures showed a mattress with pocket springs that don’t go all the way to the top and multiple layers of memory foam cushion, I opened it and saw and felt the springs on the top and was very frustrated. Let it sit open without getting on it for 6-8 hours or more if you have the time, it’s an amazing mattress. So comfy and me n my fiancé are sleeping so good now.
