Pretty good little breakfast to settle my stomach from all the fish oil pills I take. Tastes pretty good. Sometimes they last me all the way till lunch. Nice and thick with a pretty good flavor. You really do have to refrigerate them though shake well.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I really like this brand andI thought the Lemon Bar flavor sounded good, it wasn’t. I don’t recommend this tempting sounding flavor. Stick with the Chocolate, Latte, Chocolate Peanut flavor.
