We use a blend of milk protein concentrate and calcium caseinate to help support your fitness goals. Enjoy a shake as a healthy snack, a breakfast on the go, or as post or pre-workout fuel. I didn't enjoy the strawberries and cream as I thought I would. I dif make rhe best of it. So I can't complain.
