For years I’ve tried several different brands and flavors of different protein shakes but I never really liked them. I have health issues now and need protein shakes regularly and Premier Protein shakes are definitely my favorite in particular this flavor Bananas and cream. It not only tastes great but it is a great source of protein that I love and highly recommend they have a variety of different flavors that you can try I haven’t tried all but I ❤️ this flavor and it goes down easier with my condition compared with others. I've been using the Premier Protein Whey powder for years and I figured I'd try this pre-mixed version for a quick pick-up-and-go if I didn't want to spend the time mixing the power. Plus, the powder only comes in vanilla, chocolate, and latte. Got this at the grocery store first to try this flavor, caramel (and the latte and peanut butter chocolate). Wow! It's delicious, as was the peanut butter chocolate; latte was good but not something I'd be able to drink routinely. I also really like that this is a bit thicker than mixing the powder with white milk. If you're looking for a quick on-the-go protein boost or simply a treat at whatever time of day, this is an excellent way to help ensure you get your 60+ grams of protein each day. Good n healthy, look at the list of vitamins & minerals. I mean, it when has Phosphorus! I haven't seen that listed on Anything else! Make sure to shake, then drink a sip or two, then shake even more, or there'll be little lumpy things. It's bound to happen in shipping and storage. I wish they'd store and ship them in insulated boxes, though, even though they're sealed, maybe that would help. The lumps are rather unappetizing. Luckily, when you shake well, they're pretty rare, and the health is SOO good, for only a little over Half the price of Ka'chava! Granted, Ka'chava still has three times the number of micronutrients. I love these protein shakes. I am on a keto diet and these shakes help me to get flavor variety and stay in ketosis. I add a tablespoon of mct oil to boost the fat content for keto and it becomes a meal for me. I have tried several flavors and have not been disappointed yet. I get 1 or 2 12 packs every month on subscription and my spouse and I go through them. My only complaint is that the expiration date is often really close after delivery. It has happened to me 3 times now so I consider that a pattern. My order last month was received on the 20th as scheduled and the expiration date on the banana shakes was on the 3rd of the following month. Not even 2 weeks later. I have received the same shakes with and expiration date of 8 months in the future and the premier protein website states a shelf life of up to a year is possible. As I stated we go through these shakes, but I expect them to last at least a month. I have been fortunate that I have noticed and none have been wasted.
