I have tried a lot of the premier protein shakes and this latest addition is one of my favorites. Its caffeine leave is equal to 1 cup of coffee. I have many flavors of Premier Protein shakes, and drink them frequently. I was excited to see this flavor, and it doesn't disappoint. It is great served chilled, iced, or added to brewed (or iced) coffee. It doesn't have a chalky or artificial flavor like some flavors. I've been drinking Premier Protein shakes for a while now and highly recommend them as a good way to keep your protein intake up. I have chronic fatigue and other chronic issues (including adhd) that make it difficult to manage my nutritional intake, and these help keep me well fed and alert without the jitters. The Cafe Latte and Caramel flavors are my usual go tos, which honorable mention to the seasonal Pumpkin Spice (make that year round, please!!). This is my first time trying the Caramel Macchiato, and let me just say WOW!! Tastes just like the drink at your local coffee house! It's VERY sweet, so if that isn't your vibe, you'll want to look elsewhere, but for those of you who are in the habit of visiting the magical long haired space jockey coffee lady on every corner in most of your major cities, you know what I'm talking about.
