I would recommend this Sealer Machine by Potane highly. I received the the machine yesterday, I am older and wasn't sure I could figure out how to use the unit. I watched a video on the companies site, and I already feel they support their customers. The reviews are right it is easy so easy to use, the only thing for me is I wish I would have bought it a long time ago. My husband has a commercial sealer he and our son uses at his shop which is too large for my home. This one is the perfect size for me to use. I already ordered more bags, I like the pre-cut bags in sizes small and medium but the roll is nice to have incase I need a larger bag.

Have to admit, this n the moist option the fax n seal button didn’t work well, will have to check to make sure it’s not too much moisture but vac only and seal only, baby I’m unstoppable! Easy to use, efficient and so far. So good. Price was right and hoping it last long enough to be worth the money.

Met expectations

So far this sealer is working as expected. It has vacuum sealed everything I’ve tried. I particularly like the bag storage inside and the cutter makes it easy to cut bags to the appropriate size. I may have to look into the canister storage as well.

Game Changer!

Recently purchased this Potane Vacuum Sealer, and it's a game changer! I made some wonderful savory cupcake pan breakfast quiche' over the weekend, did a 2-hour flash freeze, then sealed them using the Potane to bring to work with me over the next few weeks for breakfast. I used the "dry" setting (because they were frozen), and worked great! I'm planning to use this sealer with cupcakes, cookies, broth, and much more! Highly recommended!

Awesome Customer Support

I purchased this sealer more than 5 years ago, so it was outside of the warranty period. It has functioned flawlessly for me during those 5 years, but one of the plastic clips on one side broke, so I contacted the company to see if I could purchase a replacement clip. They sent me 2 new clips at no cost to replace my broken one. It took me about 10 minutes to remove the broken piece and replace it with the new one, and my sealer is now back to working like new. I would not hesitate to buy another sealer from Potane based on the after-sale support I received from the company.
