Complete waste of money and time. When I first used this PC yesterday, everything was in Chinese and I had to spend hours switching the languages to English. The second time I tried to use it I received an error message and needed to restart. Despite several attempts to restart it was still giving an error, so I had to wipe the whole PC and reinstall windows. There were also suspicious files loaded on the PC, so I had to buy antivirus and malware protection software. Highly irritating to deal with all this for a brand new PC. Update: This PC has no WiFi internet connectivity. It connects to the WiFi but it doesn’t connect to the internet, despite every other device connected to WiFi working perfectly fine. I even bought an upgraded WiFi adapter and it still won’t connect. ... show more

The old gaming PC was very loud fans non stop sounding like it was going to short out, and finally it did. This new PC has no loud fans very quiet and runs so smooth with no glitches or pausing. I read some reviews that made me laugh a little cause I did what they did likely and then realized my mistake. What am I talking about, connecting the Monitor to the wrong graphics card on this system. There is the OG graphics card that is built into the motherboard that is disabled as there is an upgraded graphics card in this system. So at first the computer fired up but there was nothing on the monitor. Then I realized what I did and quickly fixed my error. And was able to set up this computer quickly. I don't really game but I did open up one of the few games I do play and everything ran smoothly, but I am a photographer and a decent gaming computer is really a requirement when you are culling then editing hundreds and sometimes thousands of images in a session. I opened up my editing software and it runs so much smoother than my previous computer. The quality is nice as the wide tower is a great addition to keep the CPU from overheating. looks great works as good as a 400 dollar pc can. it runs my games at 120 fps fairly stable with some frame drops. would definitely recommend upgrading gpu then cpu since the cpu is 8 years old. regardless works great for a 400 dollar pc

Keyboard and mouse do not work. 1 HDMI port does not work (so far), 2 usb ports do not work and honestly, I was getting better streaming stats with a laptop w/o a dedicated gpu.
