I’ve finally graduated from C4 and let me tell you!!!! - There’s a huge difference. This is a real pre-work out with amazing pumps. You won’t get much of the crazy tingle sensation that you get with C-4, maybe a little. But this pre-workout gives you a great pump, great energy and dialed in focus. There’s also a euphoric feeling as well. I can’t describe it, you just have to try it man. I don’t see a need for their stronger version at all. During the week I only take a half scoop because I probably won’t be able to sleep at night with a full scoop since I workout around 5pm and work at 5am. But on the weeks, I do the full scoop and it gets CRAZY in the gym for me! Love this stuff so far

I've tried amny different pre-work out supplements. NO explode, superdump, C4 , a lot but this has been the best all around not too much caffeine, taste is on point for me. I've been through at least 8 jugs and still like it. No stomach issues or jittery or crash . I'm able to train take a whey protein shake after training. And still eat dinner 2 hours later without that feeling stimulated out. Would definitely recommend.👍👍👍

I really like this pre-workout it had me going and I had to force myself to stop working out. After I did I cleaned the kitchen. The one drawback is that it is too sweet. Otherwise I like it very much it gave me the energy I needed and more. The price was also very reasonable. UPDATE: I feel the need to update this review since the first review was on day one of using it. The second time I used it and going forward I only used about a quarter scoop with less water because I didn’t want such a big boost as the first time. I noticed that it still gave me the energy I needed for my workout but it also made me crash very hard and feel very crappy afterwards . At this point I don’t want to use it anymore because the bad outweighs the good unfortunately.

This tastes wonderful. I usually do half a scoop since a full scoop has too much caffeine for me, so it lasts a while for my use case. Hypes me up for long bike rides and runs. It also sends me to the bathroom to poop within 15-30 min of drinking, but that's not a problem for me since I expect it now.

If you’re a preworkout expert, my review is not for you. I don’t know much about the ingredients or really care that much as long as it’s not gonna kill me. And so far, it hasn’t killed me. I like to try out new pre workouts, get obsessed, and then find a new one. These flavors from this brand are some of my favorite I’ve ever tried. The beta-alanine of course makes you itchy itchy tingle tingle if you’re not a frequent user. That feeling will go away the more you take it. After going through two containers, I think it’s a pretty good preworkout to suggest. The first time I took it, I thought I was gonna wreck my car. However when I got used to it, it helped me focus in the gym and gave me a ton of will power for heavy workouts and intense cardio. The best part is if I don’t feel like working out after work, I’ll force myself to take some. Because it’ll make me “want” to workout right? Absolutely NOT. It’s because there is no way in he** I’m going suffer the pain of trying to exist normally with that stuff flowing through my body. If I take it, the only relief I get is to workout. A lot of preworkout are like that though I guess. Anyway, it’s worth a try! I like it.

Has a great sour apple taste. Not chalky like others I’ve tried. Gives great boost of energy while working out. Love it and will continue buying it versus the more expensive brands that don’t even taste good.

I got a sample of this at the last marathon expo I went to. It’s been crazy hot all summer and I’ve been battling puffy hands and feet during my long runs due to having difficulty keeping up with my electrolytes. I decided to add in a pre-workout drink and so gave the sample of this stuff a try. Had a good run, so started using it regularly. It tastes great (mango lime) which is a feat because it only has 10 calories and I usually hate anything with artificial sweetener. The caffeine content seems high, but I haven’t noticed any bad side effects from it. My long runs have consistently been better since starting to use this stuff. Less swelling, more energy. Definitely recommend this stuff for long distance runners.

I thought this pre-workout was good value for its money. The reason I’m giving it 4 and not 5 stars is I did not feel that great of a pump using this pre. Maybe I have a high tolerance. I don’t know. But out of the many I have tried this, and C4 were my two worst when I came to the pre work out pump. The flavor was good though. And you got a lot of scoops for 20$.
