First off, I do want to say this headset is better then my last. With that being said, I will now provide the pros and cons that I feel from experience as a dispatcher is to provide useful information to those wanting honest opinions: Pros: I am a cab dispatcher and I need a reliable headset to answer calls at anytime. I have discovered that, as they have started, has good sound quality and the base is decent (I have hearing loss and found it's a nice improvement over last headset). Cushioning is decent (could be better, but overall soft and comfy). The one feature I found surprisingly pleasant was the fact you CAN pair more then one phone as long as the Bluetooth is on and you have sync setup to detect the headset. What I've also noticed is that if you have a pending call from another line, you can easily switch from one line to another with disconnection! The range is decent as well if you have to use the restroom or get some air, your can still take incoming calls. Their lightweight and comfortable to use for the entirety of your shift. The battery life is awesome! 10/10. This headset holds a charge for 50 hours (as they have stated) easily so that you don't need to charge it as often. Love that about this headset! The mic itself is decent and those on the receiving end can hear perfectly as long as the mic is in the correct position. Cons: I've noticed that the noise cancelling is low quality. 5/10 in my personal opinion. If you don't need noise cancelling, then it's fine. Don't bend too far or else the headset will probably slide off. At times I've noticed that the call can lag causing misinformation to be very a real problem (I've had to politely ask the person on the other line if they could please repeat what they've already said. Needless to say, that's very annoying). The mic itself doesn't have a long range, so you'll need the mouthpiece about a third of a inch away from your mouth. At times, the headset says "not in range" when you're right by the phones. They do connect on their own so that's never been a true issue. Overall, I only gave it four stars instead of five because I believe that they can improve on this product to meet the demands of those who dispatch for a living. 7/10 from my experiences with the headset this far. Do I recommend this headset? Yes, but if what you read in the cons is a turn off for you, then I believe you need to invest in another headset that is probably more expensive.     • Amazing battery life
I use this headset daily at the office for customer service phone calls. I love that it pairs with my Grandstream deskphone, so I can be hands-free to use my computer. A previous headset I had would get stuck in my hair while taking it off or resituating it on my head. That is not the case with this one. Comfortable on my head and easy to take on and off. I would only change a few small things. One, I wish the headset could charge without turning off. It isn't a huge disruption, but my previous headset had a charging base that it would rest in, and this one doesn't, so it took me a while to find it a "home" on my desk. Second, the microphone is very sensitive. If the microphone is close to my mouth but angled wrong, or just a half centimeter too far away, the customer can't hear me. The adjustment is super easy to make, but I'm constantly having to adjust my microphone to be heard clearly. The thing that makes me so happy and I can't get over it.... is the battery life. I've easily gone 2 weeks without charging it, and it is still going strong! I've had my one headset for a few months now, and just bought another one for a coworker. Makes such a difference to have hands-free conversation. ... show more

    • Great for truck drivers
(TLDR: overall it's a good headset for the price, nothing I'd change about it and it works well.) I'm a truck driver, so far this headset has been really good. The audio is clear and everyone else can hear me perfectly fine even with all the road noise. The headset itself is comfortable to wear, your ear wont hurt if you have it on your head for hours. The mic has a good position as well so I'm not constantly having to shift it. No issues with it falling off, I hook up double trailers and do my pre-trip inspections with it on and so far it hasn't fallen off or shifted. The signal strength is good, I can leave my phone in the truck and I'd still have clear audio at the end of 2 28ft trailers. Lastly it charges using a USB C which is useful (my previous $130+ headset had a separate charger and made it annoying if I forgot the specific cable). ... show more

I was searching for a Bluetooth headset with mono speaker/ear cup and an adjustable boom mic with a hardware mute button and this PrancyBt Trucker Bluetooth Headset fits all my requirements. I use this daily for my remote work job for many hours every work day and it has been performing great on my Windows PC. My voice to others in a meeting is strong and clear. The noise cancelling works very well. So well that I need to remember to keep my mic positioned close to my mouth when speaking or others on the meeting call sometimes can't hear all my words because the noise cancelling is taking effect. Battery life is excellent and I can work for a couple days on a single charge. Bluetooth range with my computer is also very good. I can roam about the house while I'm using it with no interruptions or drop-outs. Construction seems very sturdy and I have no concerns about its durability, although I have only used it for a couple of months now. My partner also works from home and asked if I was liking this PrancyBt Trucker Bluetooth Headset, so I bought another one for them and they are pleased with it too. ... show more

    • Good quality and serve the purpose
I got this for myself at first. Then my husband tried it and he really liked it. He plays games a lot. The wireless feature enables him to move freely. The unique design of one ear headset suits our needs very well because me or the kids need to ask him something once in while. He was able to hear us or have conversations while playing games. ( I get super pissed when he is too into his games and ignores me.) my husband said that the quality of sound is pretty good (probably not as great as Boss, but good enough to serve the purpose).
