This Kinesiology Tape has pretty good adhesive. I put it on my arm prior to a workout, and wore a light brace on top of it, and it did not roll up or loosen. It survived 1 shower. The next day, it was still attached, but the frayed edge started to peel up, probably because I did not use a really sharp scissors to cut this. I did the same application again and had better results the second time, the tape stayed in place through 3 showers and I had adhesive still stuck on my arm after the tape had been removed. Also put this on my knee but didn't have very good results when worn under leggings, because the tape adhered to the leggings and came loose. Only the anchor point held firmly. But the adhesion on the Praire Horse supply KT tape is a lot better than the other brand KT tapes that I have been using, and costs less. I also liked that the tape comes in a single continuous roll so that the length of the strips can be cut to size. I find that the pre-cut ones aren't interchangeable for different applications. I'd recommend this tape if you use KT tape frequently and would like it to stay put for a few days. The only caveat may be for people who have very sensitive skin, the adhesive may be irritating.

With a reasonable price point, this K-Tape seems to be a potential budget option. I found the tape to be thinner than my higher end tape, but it still provided an adequate stretch and hold during application. The tape is not pre-cut, but it cuts easily and doesn't seems to shred or degrade around the edges. The one thing I noticed was that, because of the thinner overall consistency, I felt a somewhat noticable skin "pull" on the stetched area. This was not the pull I attempt to achieve in K-Tape application, but rather a slightly uncomfortable pulling of the skin itself (as opposed to the tape pull I need around my knee). For this reason I deducted a star. It's not so extreme that I would need to remove the tape, but it's also not quite as comfortable as other tapes I have used. The design of the tape is a move away from the standard single color tape. This provides variety (if that's something a person needs or wants). OveralI, I'm not sure that I will purchase this again, but it seems to do the intended job and offers an alternative to expensive high end tapes.

Cons: -Very sticky -Leaves residue after removal -Not much flexibility to the tape -Not good for easily irritated skin or sensitive areas If you can get past all the negatives on the plus side the price is attractive, and it does adhere well if wanting to use for multiple days or a heavier sweater.

I've been using and buying KT branded tape, and this does just as well in my experience. The difference is that KT tape typically comes in strips, where this is a long roll that you just cut. It has a grid on the back to help keep cuts straight, and an added benefit is the fun design that comes along with it!

Came packaged very well. This tape works very very well. It is not perforated so you do have to cut it. It stays in place very well. I would recommend this product.

I am probably going to be a kinesiology tape user for life. I couldn’t really explain the science behind it. All I can tell you is that it works - drug free, effective relief for chronic pain of my torn medial meniscus. This is the second roll that I got from this brand and honestly it’s exceptional. It’s as good, if not better than the name brands for a third of the price. It’s so so good. Absolutely zero adverse reaction to the adhesive. It lasted for 7 days straight and probably could have lasted even longer if I didn’t want to give my skin a breather after a week. I had no issue removing it from my skin. Honestly it’s perfect. 95%/5% cotton / spandex for great breathability, comfort and stretch. It’s got a fun design of lighting bolts on a black background, because why not have some fun with your tape? I am definitely going to be stocking up on this stuff. Highly recommend you do too!
