We were late putting up our tree this year but finally decided to put it up Sunday 12/17/23 only to find that half the lights didn’t work. So I immediately went on line to shop for a new tree, much to my husband’s dismay. Didn’t want to spend a fortune on a new one this close to Christmas but, what are you going to do! I found this tree, it was the right price and had some pretty good reviews so I ordered it. I hoped it would get here in time, the estimate was 12/21-22. Well what do you know, it got here today Wednesday 12/20 …early!! The tree is really pretty and the perfect size for our living room! The picture is straight out of the box with minimal fluffing. I will tweak it some more before decorating, but all in all very happy with our purchase!

We were apprehensive about buying a tree online, as pictures often don't reflect what you actually get. But as we narrowed down our choices, this one stood out, so we bit the bullet and gave it a go. I'm so glad we did! The tree is well constructed, with the lights connecting inside the pole that goes down the center, so you don't have to find plugs amidst the branches. It only took about 20-30 minutes to set up and fluff, and it is full and beautiful! Perfect size and shape, we are so happy with it.

I don’t ever leave amazon reviews; I think this would be my first one!!! But this tree is so worth it!! I hand a hand-me-down tree last year that wasn’t cutting it. So I bought this on Black Friday, and spent hours searching until I found this one!! It did take a while to fluff out each branch but is totally worth it! Don’t be disappointed when you first put it together, it will look sad until you throughly fluff each branch. There were barely any empty spots before even adding ornaments! Not to mention, the lights were so bright and made the tree look so pretty once all put together. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - especially for the price!

Hello, hopefully this still reaches out most of you before the holiday this year or at least for the holidays next year. I would not recommend buying this tree. Here are the reasons why: 1: Prelit lights quickly stop working. 2. The tree does not have a "full" appearances. It looks like it was run over by a car after it is up for over a day. The artificial branches on the tree fall down. My tree looks like a tornado survivor. 3. The tree is poor quality for the price. I have seen other trees for a similar price that friends got from other places... the difference is night and day. 4. Worst of all, if you have any issues, it looks like the customer support is worthless. If you decide to give up and return the tree, the PRICE OF THE SHIPPING IS MORE THAN THE COST OF THE TREE AND IS NOT REFUNDABLE. In addition to that, you are not guaranteed a full refund, maybe 50%. So Hypothetically you spend $140 dollars on the tree, $140 for the shipping, and then get refunded $70. You pay $280 in total and get $70 back. Merry Christmas.
