Professional level buffer
This thing is exactly what I was hoping for. It has plenty of speed options, and takes Makita batteries (which is what I use). All you need is compound or polish, and everything else is included. Awesome value for the price.

Dissatisfied customer-poor follow through
I received this product and only used it 5 times before one of the batteries would no longer charge. Since I alternated batteries, I really only used this one 2 1/2 times since purchasing it and it won’t charge at all. Going through Amazon support was not helpful as I got disconnected after they tried to get me in touch with the manufacturer since they wouldn’t do anything about it. While I understand the warranty through Amazon was only 30 days, I contacted them within 3 months of purchase, and again, just after 2 1/2 uses of this particular battery and they would not assist with a replacement battery. If they can’t assist, the manufacturers information should be readily available instead of having to go back and forth over chat with Amazon’s automated system and then to a representative, only to be disconnected even though I had responded to them with the 2 minutes required before they discontinue the chat. Dissatisfied customer. Amazon is only getting worse and worse. This is at least the 3rd issue I’ve had with no resolution.

I love it
Ordered this because I live on a dirt road. Works like a dream right out of the box. Washing and buffering my car used to be a pain but now it’s something I actually look forward to. Definitely going to gift one of these to my neighbor.

Powerful, Easy-to-Use Polisher for a Professional Finish
I’m really impressed with this cordless car buffer polisher. The power is excellent and the 5500 OPM with multiple speed settings makes it easy to adjust depending on whether I’m waxing, polishing, or removing light scratches. It delivers a smooth, professional-looking finish without being difficult to control. The two 3.0Ah batteries are a huge plus. I can work on my entire car without worrying about running out of power, and while one battery is charging I can keep working with the other. The cordless design also makes it super convenient since I’m not dealing with cords getting in the way. I also love that it comes with 25 attachments, so everything you need for detailing is included right in the kit. The polisher itself feels sturdy, well-made, and comfortable to hold even during longer detailing sessions. Overall, this is an excellent tool for both beginners and experienced car enthusiasts.
