I really had high hopes for this electric wheelchair. Upon unpacking and charging the batteries, the right motor of the wheelchair didn't work. Since I'm disabled and cannot lift the wheelchair to return it, I contacted the sales support and explained one of the motors did not work. I explained there was power to the motor when the joystick is activated but the motor would not run. Instead of warranting their product, they constantly want more pictures and videos. Unfortunately, Amazon won't let me upload the videos no matter how small I convert them. I'm at the point of just getting someone to help me return this wheelchair and I'll go buy it from different vendor.

Originally put a request to get a refund because wheelchair was going in circles. I couldn’t find a way to contact seller. Then i saw the number in the manual. Contacted seller he instructed me on what to and even sent pictures to explain. Once i did what he told me, scooter started working perfectly. I would definitely buy from him again especially with the quick response!!

I was concerned about how this would perform with the lower price, and I wasn't sure if it would meet all of our needs. This chair is for our 17-year-old daughter when she is out and about, and we've had numerous people ask us where we got it from. She loves every aspect; she is comfortable in it, folds to a smaller size that fits in my vehicle, and I can lift it on my own if you want the basics and performance without all the extra features. The battery life has never been a concern. She has used this on brick, grass, concrete, and pavement, allowing her to maneuver outside without us.
