Product was easy to put together, literally 12 screws and done. So plush and comfy. I love that I can have armrest down or lift if I want to pull legs up in seat. Fabric is soft and a very neutral beige color.

The chair looks good, was not difficult to put together and seems sturdy. The seat itself is comfortable, but does not go low enough to put both feet flat on the floor. I am 5'6". This chair is better suited to a person 5'9" or taller.

This chair exceeded all of my expectations. It is absolutely so comfortable and amazing for sitting all day at my desk. It was worth every penny. I also love the option of the flip up arm rests so that way I could completely push my chair in that was a big seller for me.

    • Not for Long-Seated Sessions for Heavier Users

The materials for this chair are sturdy and the overall look is really nice. There is very little support for larger frame users though. Although the chair is designed to hold a heavier weight structurally, comfort-wise it is not designed for heavier users. The padding is too thin to provide comfortable cushioning over a long period of time, and there is little to no lumbar support. The chair also feels like it sets a few inches too high on its lowest setting. We are having to add a cushion which will add to this height, which leaves the legs to hang at an uncomfortable angle. For shorter time use, this chair works well; but if you are heavier and need support and comfort for long-term sitting, you will probably need to buy additional support cushioning for the bottom and back, and maybe even a step stool if your 5'6' or under. ... show more

I really like this chair. I'm a fairly large person (5.5' & 240lbs) and always worry about how comfortable chairs will be to sit in for long periods of time since I'm a digital artist. A lot of the "standard" ones are too narrow and dig into my outer thighs. This chair has flip-up arms, but the seat is also pretty wide so I can sit comfortably with or without the arms down with room to spare. The padding on the seat and back is also very comfortable and plush. It's really nice quality! I didn't see the instructions at first but was still able to put it together just as easily without them. Overall, I really like this chair! I can't attest to how it holds up over time yet, but I'm very happy to have it so far! ... show more
