Very easy to use. As a beginner to chopping wood with a machine, I was a little fearful. But it is so easy. Just read the instructions carefully (and it has good instructions) and it is so easy and wonderful! It is exceptionally low to the ground so I set mine up on cement blocks. Easier on my back!

Wow!!! I grew up chopping wood for heat in the Northeast. This little, portable package is insane. It showed up with all the oil drained out in the box. I was immediately skeptical. I refilled it and set to trying it out. It split a full cord of Locust in 30 minutes. The power is amazing, and the portability is more than I could have imagined. It has yet to labor on this knotty, extremely hard wood. I’ll say it again, WOW. $300 and I’ve been swinging this maul for 30 years???
