Wow!!! I grew up chopping wood for heat in the Northeast. This little, portable package is insane. It showed up with all the oil drained out in the box. I was immediately skeptical. I refilled it and set to trying it out. It split a full cord of Locust in 30 minutes. The power is amazing, and the portability is more than I could have imagined. It has yet to labor on this knotty, extremely hard wood. I’ll say it again, WOW. $300 and I’ve been swinging this maul for 30 years???

I was worried about purchasing an electric log splitter, but I worried for no reason. I love this splitter. It has plenty of power and zips right through the logs. I’ve used it through the winter for firewood and continue to split “Helene” trees and this machine just keeps on going. I’ve had no leaks or issues at all. Would definitely recommend.
