I rate this item as a 5.. the products that were shipped: 2-genuine DeWalt 20v Max-lithium rechargeable batteries and a new DeWalt Charger & they were absolutely new; The package had not been opened and we're all in the same factory box...Not as some have reported; also both of the batteries were factory charged on the batteries to level one on their indicators - I then used the new charger included to complete charging the two batteries -which took about 20 minutes each to reach full charge- I then tested the batteries in my DeWalt 20v max XR tools and they work fine and hold their charge..The only thing I encountered was with Amazon losing the order in shipment somehere and it was not the Vendors fault but all arrived about a week later - all is good now. Please see the attached photos that verify what I have stated. ... show more

    • Small and don't last too long but....
For smaller jobs these work perfectly. If you want longer use having two works or just buy the next size up. Great thing about DeWalt is that the charger will charge every battery they have no matter the size so you can't go wrong with having a charger that comes with the batteries.

My Dewalt tools are 18V and I have been struggling with worn out 18V batteries. I didn't want to invest hundreds of dollars in new 20V tools so I bought two 18V to 20V adapters for my old tools and bought these two 20V batteries / charger. These 20V batteries have brought new life to my old tools! The aftermarket adapters are working just fine. Would do this again....100%!!!! ... show more
