This reasonably priced blower arrived with a previous customer's failed attempt to assemble--a bolt inserted so tightly that it indented its attached frame. Additional nuts & bolts were missing from an opened parts bag. Small, faded words & pictures made the instructions booklet hard to read. Although the red metal body seemed sturdily built, its wheels & cotter pins appeared flimsy. The blower was returned without any further assembly, so can't say if it would have functioned well. Also, by mid-March snow removal wasn't needed in our NYC area as snowfall totals were lowest in recorded history. But Climate Change gave Mother Nature a snow job, anyway. Southern & western Sunbelt states with rare blizzards were steeped several feet deep in snow. Severe weather conditions in these locations should drive up new sales markets for future snow products. ... show more

We like everything about this snow thrower, its easy to use and put together.As another person stated the screws are too short but its actually the red plastic things they go thru, they have excessive plastic on them so he ran them over his sand flee to eliminate the excess plastic and they were fine. ... show more

Scraping blade dragged the ground too much for my liking. Had to wrestle with it a lot in both a 10” and 3” snow. It was powerful enough to throw either depth, but moving it forward was a hassle. I wasn’t a fan and ended up giving it away after 2 uses.

It is important to note that this snowblower has not yet been tested in snow. However, it was easy to assemble after coming shipped in a compact square box. When tested, it seemed to be very powerful, and operation seems very simple to understand. It appears to be a good value. We shall see once winter comes again... ... show more
