Happy with this product it has a fast ace so it's speed mowing. I wish the deck levels were closer in tolerance, they are spaced too far apart in the height to cut the grass.

This mower has worked great forms for several months. Starts right up without a difficult pull needed. Cuts well and the bag catches clippings well. The bag is very easy to remove, empty and reinstall.

I do not know what this things problem is... I get started, and it runs fine at first, but then chokes out and dies. I can't keep it running and the constant stopping is super annoying. Past the return window, so I guess we will see how good customer service is... I hope it is a fluke and we get it sorted out. *Edit* After contacting customer support, I got generic troubleshooting suggestions that did not help. After weeks of back n forth with them, they suggested I contact Briggs and Stratton regarding the engine... I still have not been able to use this mower. I should have purchased one locally, because this is ridiculous. One Star, they completely passed the buck on the responsibilty. *Additional Edit* Briggs & Stratton had me take it to an authorized repair shop. Even though it is under warranty, their initial diagnosis is water or debris in the carburetor... Which will not be covered under warranty. So I buy a brand new mower, and have to pay out of pocket to have it repaired straight out of the box... I wish PowerSmart would iaaue me a partial refund or something, but they do not seem interested in following up on their product or reputation. Do yourself a favor and buy any other brand.

Lawn mower works fine but if it sits to long very hard to start . If this lawn mower is going to sit a few weeks pick up a can of starting fluid . Its a 140 cc lower on the cutting power . No drain plug to change oil. So basically you have siphon the oil from the fill tube or run it low on fuel than vice grip fuel to dump the oil out .

Good little mower. Very lightweight and easy to use. No real complaints, but the company (powersmart) is very difficult to deal with. Customer service is crap. This is my second mower, i had to replace it because they don't sell the one part that broke on my old (2 y/o) mower. Just 4 stars for the machine only cuz nothing is perfect. Powersmart gets 2 stars in my opinion.

Set name: 3IN1 Push - Rear Discharge
My Lawnmower was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition, assembly was easy and after I put in the included oil and put in some fresh gas it started on the very first pull. This is a lightweight mower and I am not sure yet how well it will hold up with normal use, but it is a good fit for my lawn and it is easy to push.

Unboxing was uncluttered. "Assembly" was intuitive, unfold the handle, tighten the bolds, snap on two little clamps that secure the starting cable. Fill the crankcase with the included 10-30 oil, fill with gas. Three pumps on the primer bulb. Two pulls on the starter rope - bang, started right up and ran smooth. Ran the front & back yards today. No hiccups. Ran in mulch mode with the grass catcher attached. Giving 5-stars 'cause I've got no reason not to. Appears to be a good buy!
