This mower has worked great forms for several months. Starts right up without a difficult pull needed. Cuts well and the bag catches clippings well. The bag is very easy to remove, empty and reinstall.

Very nice mower that was mostly assembled and the rest of the assembly and set up was easily accomplished by my daughter. I liked that it came with a quart of the correct oil. I guess I didn't read the description on Amazon but I was surprised to find that it was a 4-stroke engine. That was a real bonus for me.

Unboxing was uncluttered. "Assembly" was intuitive, unfold the handle, tighten the bolds, snap on two little clamps that secure the starting cable. Fill the crankcase with the included 10-30 oil, fill with gas. Three pumps on the primer bulb. Two pulls on the starter rope - bang, started right up and ran smooth. Ran the front & back yards today. No hiccups. Ran in mulch mode with the grass catcher attached. Giving 5-stars 'cause I've got no reason not to. Appears to be a good buy!

Had a little issue with the moter and then had a hard time finding someone that serviced it, price is about the same as at store. It still runs fine a year later. Easy to handle and use. It still clean and mows like a champ a year later. Starts in one crank!!

Did not come with all of the bolts needed to fully secure the belt cover which resulted in the belt cover being damaged and causing the self propel to break. Taught myself to take everything apart and attempt a repair of the belt cover myself. Works well for a few more weeks then breaks again. I decide to say screw it and buy a new belt cover for a 3 month old mower, just to find out GOOD LUCK getting a replacement as theyve been sold out for ages, no one else carries them and their customer service is BEYOND pathetic. They'll play 20 questions with you just to be absolutely useless and waste more of your time. All of this is sad to say because when the mower is working right, it works well imo. Too bad looking at other reviews, the machine falling apart and TERRIBLE customer service is more common than the machine working properly. Avoid this terrible company who doesn't care about you or quality assurance, just taking your money.

Good little mower. Very lightweight and easy to use. No real complaints, but the company (powersmart) is very difficult to deal with. Customer service is crap. This is my second mower, i had to replace it because they don't sell the one part that broke on my old (2 y/o) mower. Just 4 stars for the machine only cuz nothing is perfect. Powersmart gets 2 stars in my opinion.

My Lawnmower was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition, assembly was easy and after I put in the included oil and put in some fresh gas it started on the very first pull. This is a lightweight mower and I am not sure yet how well it will hold up with normal use, but it is a good fit for my lawn and it is easy to push.
