I’m a vine reviewer. I am providing this review in exchange for the product, good or bad. I use this type of battery to power my E2D flashlight. While I would like to migrate to a rechargeable lithium solution I can’t yet bring myself to retire the E2D because it is such a solid tool. I’ve used several different brands of CR123A batteries. Generally with lithium batteries I’m hesitant to go with a brand that I do not recognize given the safety concerns with lithium. With that background in mind, here is what I like about these batteries. First, they are inexpensive. I don’t know if this will turn out to be a false economy. We’ll have to see how they perform. Second, the packaging shows their date of manufacture. One note of caution is that batteries seem to be slightly shorter than the competing Amazon house brand. The difference in height appears to be due to the thickness of the case at the bottom. See photos. In any event I popped these batteries into my E2D flashlight and it turned on so that is a good start. ... show more
