What I expected. There was a little corrosion near the locking mechanism on both cuffs. My first impression was that these were used because there was a bunch on what appeared to be talcom powder on the cuffs. I wiped them down and used a cue tip to clear the corrosion and they looked brand new. I use peerless 701’s on duty and I was looking for a new pair. These are legit, I think they may have been stored for a bit which likely explains the corrosion. The hinges are smooth and the locks work very well, double lock included. I was worried after reading some bad reviews but these are great. The rivets are in good shape and it clearly hasn’t been taken apart. Would buy again at this awesome price. ... show more

They look and feel like the ones I carried in the military. They feel durable, the double lock worked like it should. I would recommend them, however I only used them on my grandkids. 10-16 years old. And only one cuff so they didn't get hurt.
