Update: After my bad review, the company reached out to me and send me a free replacement. This one is working great so I am changing my review score. I'm very happy with their support and the new unit! I would now recommend this product. Original Review: Worked great initially but just after the 30 day return period the pump suddenly dropped the output air pressure and was no longer usable with the air stones I have in my small pond. It was very quiet from the start but either I got a dud or these are not made very well. Also the air distribution adaptor is plastic garbage. It does not have any valves to block the air so you either need to use all the ports or find a way to block those you are not using. I do not recommend this product.

Quite, yes. Strong, yes. Reliably so so.. bought a few of these pumps now thinking they were great, but some how they fail days before or days after the return time. It's like it's just built it fail then.. Bought this last one 31 days ago, return time 30 days.. just my luck I guess. ☆After making this review I was contacted by the company, they offered a replacement and shipped it right away. I really appreciate their customer service. For that I give back one star.

Missing pieces. Ready to put it to work however can’t do it if pieces parts are missing. Let’s see if the replacement has everything. I’ll update when it arrives. Update I immediately sent it back and reordered. I received the new pump the next day. Everything was present. I put it in to service and I’m pleased. It’s quiet and powerful. Good purchase. Need more quality control at plant to insure everything present
