I couldn’t be happier with this floating pond aerator. Right out of the box, everything felt well-built and thoughtfully designed. The pump has a solid, durable construction, and the included components fit together easily without any guesswork. Setup was straightforward, even for someone who isn’t particularly “handy.” Within a short time, I had it up and running in my pond. What really impressed me is the performance. The aeration is strong and consistent, and the water circulation improved noticeably within the first day. This fountain is perfect for our approximately 1/4 acre pond. It runs 24/7 with no issues at all. Looks and sounds amazing. Even our neighbors have commented on the soothing sound it makes. The fish are happy, the pond is happy, and Shadow is happy. We have two units now (more to follow on why). First one was purchased in May 2025 and the second unit about two weeks ago. Here's the weird part: The second unit was approximately $130 LESS! I felt like I was getting a decent deal the first time, but it was an outstanding deal this time!! The only problem we have had with the fountain was not a manufacturer problem, but a Shadow problem. When we first put the fountain in the pond Shadow was a little leery of it. Unfortunately, that faded with time. Now whenever I turn the fountain off he tries to retrieve it and bring it to me! Thought it was cute at first as the base is a hard plastic and somewhat substantial in size, even for his big mouth. But, he was able to puncture two small holes in one of the inside corners where the plastic is thinner. The fountain started to list to one side and remained that way for a couple of weeks until I was able to look at it. It still functioned properly, it was just a little tilted. When I pulled the unit out of the water I discovered that the manufacturer had planned for issues like this, and had installed a drain plug (Allen head set screw) to allow the water to be removed. Patched the holes and back in business. Contacted the seller via Amazon to see about purchasing another base, but they do not have one to sell. Their response was amazingly quick (it was also a weekend). Purchase a new unit, send in some pictures and videos and they would work with me on refunding my money. Cool, I had been planning on purchasing another unit just in case. We highly recommend this fountain and would (and have) purchase again.

Easy assembly however be prepared to create a long enough rope to drag to the center of your pond to position your fountain and also buy some stakes to hold in place. I love the fountain it’s reasonably priced and puts out medium force of water flow since it is not industrial strength. It’s perfect and running well. I wish the blue plastic and red float blended in more with the water cosmetically. Overall I would buy this again. So happy and relaxing.

The cheapest of garbage. Another quality example of the garbage China is pushing into the American economy with little regard for quality, safety, or anything else. The instructions say to create a 20m buffer for shock risk, are you serious?? I can't keep fish away from a fountain, but more so the fact they even say that is alarming to think of the potential danger this unit might have. There's no way for the fountain to stay secured in the float housing. And there was a timer in the instructions that was suppose to be included but wasn't, instead I received 2 fountain heads (cheap plastic), which is fine because it needed to be HARDWIRED in. Everything smells and is off gassing, but the last straw was the power cord which looked like it had somehow melted to the Styrofoam. Time to go rebuild my quality pond fountain from Scotts with a new motor. I was hopeful this could be a cheap solution, but cheap is a far understatement, especially when it comes to the crapsmanship and potential electrical danger of this item! I honestly wouldn't expect it to hold up in changing weather more than 1 year, and completely believe any 1 star reviews starting such. Avoid at any price!!

I bought one for my pond. When my daughter say how good it works, she wanted one. So that's why I had to order another one. It works good to get skum off water n get oxygen for the fish.

We were looking for something to put in our pond to help with the algae that builds up during the hot weather with no rain. This looks to be what we needed. The company was wonderful to work with. We had trouble getting the first pump to work. It tested fine but when we put it in the pond, the pump failed to come on. I contacted the company and they responded the next day. We sent them photos of the pump and they decided that it would be easier to replace it than diagnose what the problem was. I reordered it and Amazon got it to us the following day. We installed it and it worked perfectly. I've set the timer and it's turning on and off as expected. We love it. I can't say enough good things about their customer service department. They refunded our original purchase price without question. I highly recommend this aerator.
