The media could not be loaded. i was alone so i had to hold my phone between my knees when i first plugged it in! much more powerful than expected!! so far so good!! i needed to clear out my new 3/4 acre pond to stock it and this works great!! easy to set up and install by myself obviously a china product by the sticker on the box so we will see. i got the protection plan just in case. great fountain. i like the bent nozzle that will let me water the plants on the bank instead of using tainted faucet water! happy all around, so far! hopefully it will last until my windmill aerator is erected!

The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble with no tools required. The box it came in made a good support for assembly. I've wasted a lot of money over the years replacing pumps that trickled compared to this one. Very pleased with it. There is one issue that I had. Upon opening I noticed one of the 4 nuts on the upper housing was missing. I found the washer in the bottom of the box but no nut. Checking the other three I found that 2 of them were only finger tight. I happened to have the right size to replace the missing one so I removed the other three and used thread lock on all of them. See pictures. Regardless of the missing nut I still give this fountain 5 stars since I am very happy with the performance. If there are issues in the future I will update this review with details and information on how long it lasted.

Fountain works great: PRO's pump works great especially when compared to the much higher priced pumps. It's been running for a few days now with no drop off in flow. I currently have temporary power supplied using a 100 ft extension cord and to my surprise to cord at the receptacle is the normal cool to the touch, I was concerned that with the current draw for a total of 200 ft being too much and the cord getting hot. Easy to put together instructions. CON's The poly float leaked at the seam in several places causing the fountain to lay on its side due to the float being half full of water, I drilled a few holes to drain the water and filled it with spray foam, and it is currently not having any more concerns. Would I buy it again...Yes.

This is a great pump. Installation is simple. Pump provides great aeration for my fish pond. The spray from the fountain looks nice. We had an issue with the original pump but customer service resolved the issue immediately. Excellent product and excellent customer service!

Due to the lower price, I wasn’t expecting as much however I have been pleasantly surprised. I bought two of these for our large pond and they have been running on and off for roughly 2 weeks now with no issues. We turn them on during the day and let them run for several hours each time. The pump seems to be of good quality and it has made a huge impact in the water. Clarity of our pond overall very good value for the money so far.

Rubbish. I have had this fountain in my pond for 12 days now. Every day, it is throwing less and less water. It was great at first (threw water in a 15 foot radius), but now it is barely pumping a 5 foot radius. I suspect it will be completely dead in the next few days. Total waste of money.
