I bought this controller to replace my expensive wireless XBOX controllers, which only last about a year. At first I wasn't sure about using a cord, but my apprehension turned to delight when I added a 10 foot cord. I love the response from all of the controls, they are crisp and work well. No centering or drift on the joysticks as well, although I did add a couple of silicone caps as the original thumbknobs were a little hard, spiky, and uncomfortable. The power of the vibration, plus not having to replace the batteries is the icing on the cake. the photo snap button in the middle is also a nice touch. The only downside so far is that the left bumper quit working tonight. For a product that's only a little over a month old, that's definitely a no-go in my book. I love the color to be sure, but when I can't fry someone my Sombra bomb at the right time it ruins the game and upsets me. I've sent in a service ticket to the manufacturers and hope to hear back from them soon. Will edit with the resolution when it comes in! Update: Reached out to the manufacturer with my issue and they quickly replaced the unit under warranty. Great job!

While they've obviously begun using cheaper internal parts, this is still the best value controller on the market. The sticks are responsive (better than Microsoft's $59-$69). The triggers are also accurately sensitive. The only downfall is the recent switch to seemingly less reliable internal hardware. However, you'll still get your money's worth. And if it has a problem within the first month or so, the company is extremely responsive and will take care of it for you. Good company. Appreciative of the customer.

I purchased this to play certain games on my PC via a controller. As such, wired seemed fine since my PC is next to me at all times as I'm not sitting across the room. The controller works as intended, though the build quality feels a bit cheap, which is to be expected. It's also quite lightweight. I've experienced only one minor bug where the controller doesn't work after being plugged in and not used for a lengthy period of time, but this is fixed with a simple restart. Overall, if you're looking for a dependable, relatively inexpensive controller, this is the one for you!

It is not the most premium controller, but it is good for the price point. One thing I like about this controller compared to the Series S/X is that it is slightly larger and fits my hands better. I find that my stick movement is more accurate because my thumb is better centered on the stick while in a neutral position. I also like that the buttons feel more tactile. I am a death gripper of the controller, so while the plastic feels a bit cheaper, it is more satisfying to push down on than the softer buttons on the Series S.

I bought this late may of last year and it's finally breaking. This is the longest any controller has ever lasted me. It still works fine, just makes a weird sound in the joystick. I have no problem buying a new one. 5/5

***UPDATE*** I have to change this from a 1 star to a 4 star because I contacted the company and they honored their warranty/mistake and sent me a brand new controller. The original controller that was broken seemed to be an older model using USB Micro. I’m guessing it was older stock. The one the company replaced it with is using USB C. ********* Purchased this controller on December 22nd 2023. When it arrived I noticed it had a micro usb instead of usb c which was on previous controllers. It appeared to be fine. Plugged it up and it is completely NOT usable. Phantom button pushes galore. You can’t use a different cable than the one that comes with it because they built the charging port inside the smallest, tightest box, where other cables can’t even fit. I tried using 3 different micro usb cables and none of them were able to fit in the charging hole. Will never purchase from this company or brand again.
