Controller issue and customer service quality
Color: Mist
This review is written on 12/2 and will be updated when necessary in a few days. For context, I used this controller on PC for Apex Legends Controller: I bought the white controller as a budget option despite me putting around 4 hours a day into using it. It felt great on arrival and continued to perform like new until around 100 hours of use (only about a month). At this point the first issue I found was that the B button felt like it stuck a little bit after being pressed, but it did always come back up in time for me to use it in pretty rapid succession and did not end up affecting gameplay. There was some slight stick drift on the right stick but it was nothing I couldn't fix with some inner deadzone settings tweaks. The right stick troubles continued, however, as it began to have an issue I have never seen before in my more than 12 years of controller gaming experience. When the LEFT stick was given any input (anything but sitting still), AND the right stick was also moved around, the right stick would snap off to the left and right uncontrollably, regardless of my input. At first I noticed only slight snapping to the left and right, for instance I would push both sticks forwards and my character would begin looking upwards but with jitters to the left and right. Noticeable, but still very much playable with. Within another 3 days of playing, however, the problem worsened to the point of completely being unable to use the controller. When moving the left stick, the right stick had a mind of its own. I checked an online controller calibration tool to make sure that it was the controller and not the game and it confirmed my suspicions, the controller was defective and shooting off random left and right inputs without any regard for the inputs I was giving it. This was a bummer but I filled in a support form on the PowerA website and I was extremely impressed. Customer Support: After filling out the form on the PowerA website (which I reached using Amazon's "Get product support" option) I received a standard automated reply about how long I should expect to wait for a reply, 2-3 business days. I received a reply later that same day from a human being asking me for some more information and letting me know that once I provided them some product numbers, proof of purchase, and some photos, they'd get right to verifying my warranty and replacing the product. I sent in the information and got a reply in 2 more days that all checked out and they would be sending my replacement once I selected an alternate color (the one I purchased was out of stock, they gave me the option of ANYTHING else they currently had available). It was very easy to find a new color I liked, emailed the selection back, and got confirmation that they would begin the shipping process as quickly as possible, but could take up to 3 weeks for me to receive my replacement. A long time but everything they've said so far has been very human, very genuine, very straightforward, and very prompt. I wait not even 24 hours until I'm sent the shipping information with a FedEx tracking number. When I check the tracking number I'm pleasantly surprised to find that the controller is due the next day (tomorrow!). It was undoubtedly the best customer experience I've ever had, and I will rave about it for anyone else who needs recommendations for controllers. When the next controller arrives I will update the review to reflect if the controller issues continue, and if customer support is needed again. Until then, I am very pleased to have had such a good customer support experience, that I'm giving them a 5-star rating despite a defective controller. Update soon to come.

DO NOT BUY USED!!!!!!!
Color: Black
These are good controllers for those who want buttons in the back of the controller, which help a lot in certain games. But please beware: DO NOT BUY THESE USED!!!! I bought one used "like new" and it came in horrible condition as if it was used for years. I ordered a few more to see if it was a fluke, and they all came in worse condition. They were all said to be "like new". One had the most disgusting crust all over the controller. BUY NEW if you're going to purchase this item

I hate rocket league
Color: Green
For the record, rocket league is the worst game ever created. After 2100 hours, I think I’d know. That’s ok though, because whenever RL gets the best of me, the light-weight construction and smooth grip of this controller slides effortlessly from my hand as I absolutely LAUNCH it at the wall next to me. I’ve gone through 10 of these just this year. And it’s only November! But for only $28 I can have a brand new one at my door the same day ◡̈ When they’re not breaking the sound barrier, these controllers perform about like you’d expect. Not the smoothest triggers or buttons, but compared to controllers more than twice as much, the benefits don’t outweigh the cost. AND, the buttons on the back are very easy to set up, although they will wear out relatively quickly with heave use (pro tip: in RL, bind your boost button to one of the back buttons to aerial much more quickly). This thing rocks for what it is, considering comfort, reliability, and value. The mic input and controls work very well, and so do the back buttons. Both features are bonuses on top of an already-solid build. Not solid enough to withstand the woes of RL, but what earthly thing is… Just buy it!

Great bang for your buck
Color: Tiny Tina's Wonderlands
Great quality for what you pay. If you're like me and like lightweight controllers, this is for you. I haven't been able to get the rumble to work, but that's not really a necessity for gameplay for me. My only real complain is the left stick is veryyyyyy sensitive, to the point where it can be difficult to move where I need to efficiently. When possible, I just use the "+" -- otherwise, really happy I went with this one, as TTW is my new favorite game :) Recommended.

It gets the job done
Color: Mass Effect N7
I can't compare this to the actual controllers of the Xbox Series X/S consoles, but I use this for PC games that I would prefer to play with a controller instead of mouse and keyboard. This controller looks as good, if not better, than what we see in the stock photos of it. It's extremely light in my hands and the cable is long enough to where if I want to sit several feet away from my computer, then I have that luxury. Definitely worth the purchase for whatever you want to use. The Mass Effect N7 print on it is just the icing on the cake. Great product!

Left trigger sticks slightly and makes the controller unusable for me
Color: Mass Effect N7
Love the N7 design. Looks great. Heads up, the buttons on the back can ONLY be used as an alternate location for other buttons - I was hoping I could map keyboard stuff to them, but no dice. The left trigger sticks just enough that it wigs out any game that uses that trigger to zoom/aim so it's constantly alternating between default view and whatever the left trigger does. I'd send it back but I can't be bothered.

Pretty Good controller
Color: Black
Product box was a little beat up but the product itself works great. Pretty responsive and buttons and the slight grip feels good in the hands lasts pretty long with constant use as well. button layout and mapping was fairly easy to understand.

Lasted about a year or so.
Color: Mist
Word of warning, be careful using any WD40 as the electric connections are glued to the circuit board. It's very easy to open and clean out though, so if you ever have trouble, you can easily dismantle and clean.
