My dad and I got this for my grandmother who needed a place to rest after her shoulder replacement surgery. The chair’s easy to use because it works with buttons instead of a handle, so reclining’s easier. It’s got pockets and cup holders on both sides, and it swivels to face any direction. It’s also got heating for her back. She also loved the color. The one thing that may be inconvenient for her specifically is that it sort of rocks when she sits on it or stands out of it. Besides that, this was perfect for her in that it’s not too large but still comfortable and provides needed support for her to sit in all day while she recovers.

This is a great looking and comfortable chair. Some of the reviews said it had heat; mine does not. It is easy to put together and is very sturdy. It is a linen fabric and a soft brown and I was worried about wrinkles but so far so good. The pocket is great for remotes etc. and the mechanism that lifts the foot rest works very well. For the price it is an amazing chair and my husband loves it.

The massage and various functions are great. The lining is perfect and well made. It swivels, swings, tilts, and massages. The cushions are super comfortable as well. It was very easy to put together and very comfortable to sit on. Especially considering it's such an affordable price! I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great recliner at a great price. We will definitely be buying another one.

Not comfortable whatsoever. The Footrest is hard and there is wood at the bottom of the footrest that digs into your heal if you’re sitting on the chair. There is virtually no headrest if you’re sitting in the chair normally due to the fixed nature of the backrest. Don’t buy if you think you may want to return it because if you end up not liking the product, you would be liable for the return shipping costs which far exceed the total price that you paid for the recliner. This being the case, this is a borderline fraudulent return policy because they know you would have to pay more than what you purchased the item for in order to send it back. I would not recommend buying from this seller and spend your money elsewhere.

I'm 6'2" so it is a bit small and the remote could also have a longer cord. If you are taller than maybe 5'8" you may want to consider a larger chair. But I still have enough support to keep it. It is firm and comfortable. Compared to what "local" stores are charging and how long it would take to be delivered, I feel like it's a decent compromise. I like that the bolsters can be removed and their cushions emptied for cleaning. I didn't see any restrictions but I'll hand wash rather than use a machine. The directions were simple and needed no tools, but the pictographs didn't really convey you'll need to firmly press down on the seat back to latch it into the base. If the flap doesn't reach the hook-and-loop strip on the bottom, then make sure you check those latches. I added a picture of how it should look. It needs two power cords, and they are "wall warts", but they do both fit on a standard outlet pair. One is the reclining motor and one is the heat/massage but I think it could be one circuit. Also one plug juts from the base, I don't think it will be a problem but I think it'd be better if it were angled to sit against it. While I'll try it out the heat and massage features, they were not a primary need for me so I won't say anything about it to encourage or dissuade your decision. Reclining motion is smooth and relatively quiet although I heard a faint metal on metal noise as the foot rest closed initially. It appears to have worked itself out with no detriment. Finally I saw some review pictures with a cup holder, it doesn't have one so make very sure you check the description. I didn't want one so that's not a problem for me.
