Put this in my 2014 Chev Silverado 1500 4WD club cub used extensively on my real cattle ranch. I use this truck to pull a loaded cattle trailer and a 36-foot big round bale trailer with a loaded weight around 14,000 pounds. Much cheaper to operate than my 3/4 and 1-ton trucks. These brakes stop better than OEM and are totally quiet. The cattle trailer brakes don't work, so the truck does all the braking for 1000s of pounds, but these brake pads stop quick and never fade. I bought these to replace my junk pads on my 2018 Yukon. I reused stock rotors on the back with these pads and made sure to seat the pads as described on the box. So far they seem great. Pads appeared to be returns as the one pad had scratches as it probably was test fitted and returned. I ran the cross drilled and slotted on the front with these same pads and combined it stops very well over stock. Stops like my corvette but in a heavy suv. Id definitely recommend. ... show more

First I did the front of my 2015 sierra and loved the way they turned out..just done the rear and it's smoother than when it was new..these are awesome pads. I put them on drilled and slotted rotors and it's a awesome combination

We love these Powerstop brand brakes at my house. We always use the Truck and Tow ones and they last for 60K+ miles. We have a Yukon XL and a Chevy Silverado. Highly recommend. After installing these pads , I have racked up about 1,000 miles on them and they make a high pitched squealing noise as if the pads are completely worn out at low speeds..... it sounds like metal to metal basically. This is the first time using this brand..... over the past 50 years I have gotten my brake pads from the local parts store , like Advance Auto and have never experienced this kind of distraction .... very disturbing. And yes , I did the proper break in as recommended by the manufacturer. If I still had my old pads , I would definitely return these. I don't know if the manufacturer reads these comments , but unless they do something to make this right , I will not recommend , nor ever buy their product again.... it's kind of embarrassing owning a nice vehicle to have it sound like this at a stop sign or traffic light . On top of that.... I am now noticing alot of brake dust on my wheels.. .... grrrrrrr. ! ... show more
