First set arrived used and greesy. Second set arrived completely destroyed. Third set had two clips broken off. I like the brakes for their low dust and stopping ability so I think I'm just going to tack weld the spring clips back on and call it a day. I dont want to return this set and wait another week for more destroyed parts! Pretty annoyed that Power stop makes such cheap clips that break right off and Amazon ships things like like a 3 year old. UPDATE: welding the clips was unsuccessful. I returned the third set and tried one more time. The 4th time was finally a success! They were in tact, unopened, not missing any parts and not broken. I installed with my 9 year old daughter in about 1 hour for both sides. Did the break in procedure and have been driving them for a few hundred miles now. No complaints. They are low dust, don't squeak, and have great stopping power. I can finally say that I am satisfied. I am reluctant to change my overall rating though because I feel that product delivery should play an overall rating on product quality (rating). Two of the 4 showing up physically broken ultimately speaks toward the overall durability and quality of the product. ... show more

Install was smooth and straight forward. Only thing I wish that would have been included was, new boots for the slide pins! Shows the new boots in pics.. Otherwise overall I'm happy with how they fit and preform so far. I have 1300 miles on them so far with my truck camper (4200lbs) from MN thru CoeurDAlane ID. Stopping power is improved over the stockers and cleaner. My pic is after much rain, multiple mountain passes and 1300 miles travelled so far. ... show more

My old brake pads on the 2014 ram 2500 were making squeaky noise. Changed to these pads.. so far so good, when towing a 22ft trailer. No more noise when I brake. Its been about a month since I got them on. Will update if any issues arise. Working great so far!

Just threw the front and backs on my 13 ram 2500 and I love them. Ive put a few thousand miles on and I can feel the difference in braking, they are much cleaner than factory pads, and much quieter. Havent had a chance to figure out how long they will last though. Also when installing, be careful with the metal tabs. They are fragile and will break if you bend them too much. ... show more
