QA needs to be better to stop defects from getting to buyer (See Photo). Product installed without issue (except for noted surface defect) and no problems with stopping have been encountered after bedding in according to Vendor. Was on the last wheel when I noticed the surface defect. Had to install and get the car back on the road at that point. Be sure to inspect all items inside out with a quality magnifying glass prior to removing anything from your car to install this kit. A quick check like I did was not enough. ... show more

Was going to have the dealer install new brakes as I am getting older. I've done brake jobs on many cars (even good old drum brakes). While getting the oil changed (free oil changes for life), I asked how much for a 4 wheel brake job. Including a fluid flush, they quoted an eye watering $1300. Spent $300 on this kit and did it myself. Took about 3 hours but I saved $1000. I also bought the master cylinder adapter for my fluid exchange --- $20. I understand wages for auto techs must be competitive but....... ... show more

It all came in a huge box, each component in it's own box, inside the huge one. Everything fit as expected and only the little stainless wear bits for the caliper brackets needed any fiddling to get into place (the originals weren't all that easy to remove either). The coating is holding up after a week of alternating rainy/sunny days. Brakes work as expected. I'll update if any issues pop up. Overall very happy and hope I'll not need to touch the brakes for another 50k. ** now would be a good time to flush out that old brake fluid... you're in there... it's not that hard :) ** ... show more
