I've done a lot of brake jobs in my lifetime. Mostly on various different model year mustangs. We have a 2011 Subaru Forester X Limited that we use as a daily driver and it finally needed a brake job. This kit came with everything needed to swap it all out, front and back. I couldn't even piece together everything for the price I paid for this kit. The price point is VERY hard to beat. Add that you can get it with free PRIME shipping - you just can't beat it. After bedding the brakes and a few commutes, I am very pleased with the performance of this kit. In the past, I have used 'economy' parts in a pinch. The performance of those economy parts are dismal compared to this kit. I was seriously impressed by the braking performance! These are a significant upgrade over OEM. I couldn't be happier.     • severe warping
I've had these a year about about 12k miles. The pulsing in the brake pad is now so bad its a safety issue on the highway. The warping started only a couple months after installing this kit. I'm going back to OEM- more money, but I don't have to do the job twice.

My son installed these on my 2011 Subaru Forester, they went on pretty easily. Pay attention to the retainer tabs (have to be bent to fit) and instructions for lube. Much cheaper than a garage job.

Very poor quality. Soon after putting these break parts on my car, there was squealing, poor breaking and heavy vibration coming from the front and back. I've never experienced vibration from the back. I had to re-do the entire break job, but this time I bought parts from my local auto parts dealer. Problem solved! ... show more

    • Warped in less than 1000 miles
These rotors are trash, thats why the price is low, they warped in less than 2 months on the car, less than 1000 miles. Had to spend $500 to have them replaced with better quality. Save yourself some money and just buy better rotors, from the start.

The Parts seemed to be of good quality,problem being, I unfortunately did NOT look closely at the parts till I was ready to do the job. Turns out I was sent a complete set of pads and rotor for a Chevy trailblazer Not a Subaru Forester as ordered. Nothin like discovering wrong parts sent on a Sunday.
